But one man from Northumberland was there well before any of us. Because he started in 1946. Now 93, Ron Longstaff shows no sign of putting the brakes on his hobby.

He is older than me, but we have the same spirit. I never want to give up. Riding a bike makes me feel 16 again, why would I ever want to stop? Currently riding 55-60 miles a day. I hope to bump that up when the weather cools a little. 95F degree heat is kind of hard at times. Keep on keepin on. 🚴‍♂
