Y’all say a prayer for those of us in the southern states of the USA. Hurricane Helene just destroyed a large part of this country and we have 2 more hurricanes coming in , one after the next! Hurricane Milton is now a category 5, same as Helene. We’ve lost so much already and it’s devastating knowing that we’re about to lose everything, in this next round.

But our billionaire politicians and celebs still all have their 7 million dollar mansions on Maui and the elite are building their multi million dollar underground bunkers, there. Our government and vice president are sabotaging us the same they did with Maui, because they want our land. And now Blackrock is going to buy up all this land under our feet. The same Blackrock who had commercials with the SAME TWO MEN who attempted to unalive Trump. Gosh, I'm so jealous of Charlie pushing the spelt pasta on you, I can't even, lol. I have a super sensitive health issue that gets triggered by various foods, especially the commonly used kinds of wheat, but the rest of my family is so not into the healthy swaps like ancient grains. Charlie's an angel for caring about your health, give him a hug for me.
You and Charlie do make me laugh when you get in the kitchen together, guess you owe Charlie a dinner now! The green dress looked beautiful, fitted you perfectly, flattering length and gorgeous colour - dress up with heels or down with long boots, the rest I would return.

Oh wow the Suzanne haul is beautiful, I like the first pair of brown trousers with the beautiful floral jumper. The biscuit coloured cardigan/jacket is my up of tea. Fab jeans as well. I thought the green dress at the end was stunning on you. Maybe tights and a ballerina flat for daytime and if you want to dress it up maybe a heel or boot. It really suited you. That trench coat looks million times better classier on you than old style Joules one..its simple elengance so lady you saw it on and how you describe it as "parisien" this trench coat looks absolutely "high class of simple elegance on you" and Id wear it more then the old style joules one, if I was you. Hair is pretty, but you should try a darker shade underneath and just do highlights up top , this way it's way more low maintenance and less salon visits... 🙂
I’m growing pumpkins 🎃 now I have around 35 at the moment here in the Algarve so I will definitely try the pumpkin pasta ….pumpkins can keep for 3 to 9 months in a cool place 🤔 so great to have

Definitely yes to the forest green scallop neck jumper and the jumper dress, the blue jeans are possibly the best jeans a I’ve seen on you. The negative some of the other items looked incredibly cheap, like Temu cheap. I’m not brand led at all so Idon’t care if it’s cheap or designer, saying that if it looks bad the cost is irrelevant.

Lovely vlog Josie, adore the Sezane haul! I really like most of the sweaters, especially the button style. Your hair looks smashing, high and low lights always look elegant. To me the short dresses look off, due to the darker fall colors being too high contrast for your medium to low contrast coloring. Personally I think most women look best in just below the knee to midi length anyway. I find them to be more elegant looking. ❤️🎶🐾
Josie, I have been watching you a long time and I have noticed that you love your smoothies. I too loved them until I had a heart related emergency (a surprise) and learned in cardiac rehab that we do need lots of fruits and vegetables, however they are best enjoyed in their natural whole state for the fiber they provide us - purée-ing them negates the fiber unfortunately. I know you and Charlie are very health/nutrition conscious and I wonder what your thoughts are on this.
In addition, individuals do not realize how much sugar is in a smoothie, of course, depending on the type of fruit , the amount of fruit and the other ingredients added. The same goes with all these different flavoured coffees and teas especially when does takeout. It’s interesting because when one of my parents had a stroke, blitzing healthy ingredients was the only way he was able to swallow something.
I’m a dental hygienist in US. Been in practice for 18 years.. love the sustainability approach, I think I need one of these toothbrushes, perhaps I can recommend to my patients too .. need to see if available for international purchase.
