Strikers and wingers how do I solve this issue: have a winger that likes to dribble and beat his man with skill, which results sometimes in losing the ball and I have a striker that gets frustrated when the winger doesn't pass, to the striker and the striker doesn't pass to the winger. How do we get the winger and striker to stop thinking of the individual and not the team? Eg all is terrible if either don't score.

If j really want to have the ball all the time stay up top a lot or if u want to make plays drop deep like messi does
