- I made a miniature 3D-printed Wind Tunnel for my Hot Wheels cars. This is a fun DIY project that you can do in about 5-6 hours and the airflow visuals are mesmerizingly beautiful!

yaa i love that airflow through the cleaning lady
Longer shots of the flow patterns please ... otherwise nice vid.
Ah, should've done that...but thanks for watching, man!
Well done on the vid, humor, pacing, oh yeah anf the project 😂
Thank you, man. That means a lot to me!
Great vid. im about to build one for 1/10 scale rc cars
Dude, that's exactly what I wanted to do. I also wanted to build a dyno for my TT01 (been playing around with gearing and wanted to see if that has any effect on output) but that's gonna take a lot of work
I'm definitely going to make one of these. I have a Honda Element, a 3D printed Element, I wanna see if moving things around on a scale Element roof rack can improve fuel efficiency by reducing turbulence IRL with my lifted Element.
thanks!
Damn, dude, that's actually a great idea! Let me know how it goes when you try this.
Top tier comedy
Thanks, man!
Looks like the pringles could potentially generate some lift 😂
Don't tell this to Boeing.
in emergencies, that will replace RedBull
So gooood. You deserve wayyy more subs. TH-cam maybe lowering your reach as you put some slangs in the video.
Thanks man, means a lot!
i want to try this ,..DIY always way to go
Great! Let me know how it goes.
The 5:33 "Buttplug" and 5:09 "Singular Prinular" got me. I'll try this when I buy a mini-fan and some l̶i̶f̶e̶ ̶s̶p̶a̶n̶ ̶d̶e̶c̶r̶e̶a̶s̶e̶r̶ incense cones.
lol. Let me know how it goes!
How much for the grape? I've been looking everywhere and no one has one
About tree fiddy, my guy. I know what I have, no lowballs. :)
very cool
thanks, man.
instead of scotch taping some 3d printed stuff, can I weld up some cardboard? But seriously, great video. I want to build one. Probably use wood though.
lmao, thanks dude. Making one out of wood's probably gonna be a lot of work! Let me know how it goes.
probably gonna do one, to be honest
Glad to hear it, man! Look forward to seeing your build!
Thank you broski I shall try my - no wait nothing pls scroll below
Also can I just use like plastic from food containers and tape those? That might be a bit more economical right? Especially considering I'm lowering my lifespan so I want more money...
The compression cone is the only tricky part I think, and oh, the flow straightener too maybe (unless you can find a similarly shaped object?) but other than that? I think you should be fine. Let me know how it goes!
@@toast_channel Also, the stl files you've provided, what units are they in?
Thanks for providing this model btw, been wanting a wind tunnel for a while now :)
@@toast_channel What I meant was the acrylic transparent sheets
They're in millimeters, and no worries man!
Also, yes, you can absolutely use food clamshells instead of acrylic sheets. I used regular cellophane tape for the prototypes, and it worked fine. Hope I understood your question correctly this time around?
