Amazing just how much you fit into one video, not to mention all the behind the scenes driving and footwork. Sometimes when I do gammon or bacon and beans, I put the cooked meat into the beans as they are cooking to give them that meaty flavour and it keeps it hot. You could have cooked the other one and made a sandwich with it in the morning and being cooked it should last that bit longer. Great views, good laughs and never a dull moment! Top man! Y'know y'know!
There's a fantastic wild camp site on the beaches just North of Mull of Galloway Lighthouse at East or West Tarbet which are stunning, you drove straight past it and you wouldn't have to sleep in the car park with the light from the lighthouse. Also sharpen your knife.
I dont even like beans 🤣. Dog at the end photo bombing haha. He was like hey everyone. Dont let your scrappy doo watch this one 😂. That light house was awesome to be fair. I didn't think of doing gammon on the road. Might do that next week with a fried egg an peas. 😋. Awesome video again.

Nice one mate, I was staying down on that peninsula about a month ago.stayed most of the nights at New England stop over, it’s free if you park outside the caravan park, there’s water, toilets and rubbish bins, was really nice. Was at the lighthouse, noticed on the map too that it wouldn’t be the most southern part of Scotland, but anyway I stayed in the little cove just down the road from the lighthouse, the cows came down to graze right beside my van at dawn and somehow bumped into it, I didn’t know what it was at the time until I looked out the window! luck enough no damage to the van. Went up to the other lighthouse as well, I didn’t stay as there was a van and a car together with a family of people right beside me and had 3-4 dogs and as my wee dog don’t get on too well with other ones I thought I would leave, drove to the lay-bys between Stranraer and Cairn Ryan and stayed a couple of nights. Right I’ll shut up now 🥱, Looking forward to you next leg of the tour - Happy traveling👍

Free cows to keep you company in the mornings lol, noticed there was a big brown bull among them, seen it among the cows on my way up to the lighthouse.

when cooking your meats like steak , sausage or chicken just cook all of it and tin foil it, then when you are hungry have it as a precooke snack (keep in the cooler)...or reheat for cooked meals

Sandy Hills used to be a quiet wee gem, watch out for sinking sands! It will all have changed since my childhood I imagine.

Yep, that's what I do with sausages and bacon. They can always be chucked back in the pan as well to warm them up.
