Yea it just keeps going, and all the plastic parts are easy to find and cheap to replace. Could literally have it looking new for probably $70 just needs a new outer shell from cosmetic damage and a new tire. I wear the tire out on the 16s doing all the spins and whatnot, the slim tire makes for an amazing trick wheel!
A couple weeks ago for my first wheel I bought the 16x. I went with that because the range and also I heard it is more maneuverable than the 18XL. I live in NYC and I don't go over 20mph here that much anyway (so far). Usually I find myself hitting that 20 mph, so the speed isn't that big of a deal for me atm. I have a feeling I will have this wheel for a long time, and I'm certain the next wheel I get will top of the line performance so I can push the limits... but right now, I'm happy with the 16x
@@swi2009ca the wheel gets better with time. If it's your first wheel then even better. Even though i now ride the sherman max more than the 16X, I would not trade in my 16X and it's funner to ride imo
Went through the ninebot one e, then followed your suggestion on the 16s, after my experience with the 16s, got the 18l. Still riding it, just replaced the tire, closing in on 3000 miles. Did replace the trolley handle. Other than that charge and ride. Love the giant pedals also.
A couple friends and I are looking into maybe getting our first EUCs. I currently ride a Onewheel Pint-X and have a Floatwheel ADV with Pro battery on the way. Other guy has a couple Propel Endeavor electric mountain boards. We really like how the Inmotion V12 HT looks on paper/spec wise, but are slightly concerned it has no suspension. Wondering in the V11Y may be better overall, but even at that it's just an air shock. Looks like nice suspension wheels may not start until you get to the $3000+ range, but we're probably wanting to keep it under $2000 for our first EUCs.
Look into the rs-19 I just got mine and it came stock with the gotway homeycomb pedals and there super high quality with removable studs. With that battery upgrades from ewheels and there new black box MB This thing is a monster. Mine came fitted with the studded tire and im still rippin it at 40mph on the street with no speed wobbles. I just keep my air pressure at around 18 psi.
@@OneWheelDemon bend your knees more, and use your core. Try over exagerating you knee bending and really focus on creating pressure on the tire with your core muscles on every single bumb transition divit and terrain variation. In corners Put weight on outside foot and get low.
I finally managed to find time and good weather to start trying to learn to ride the V8F! I'll be watching everyone's How Tos again haha the back of my leg kills where I got nailed by the damn thing lol

I had to move up to the V10F because I couldn't find anything at that price point with specs that made me feel confident. I saw larger people riding the V8F, which has the same or similar guts in it as the tiny ass Mten, and while it would actually be able to move me I don't see at 235+ lbs the whole assembly (bearings, frame, etc) being able to take the strain if there's actually a chassis that lets me ride it for any length. The Mten I got to learn on in the house here kept going flat and beat on my inner shins, so I quit using it before it broke and ordered got a bigger wheel but even with the smaller gearing in the Mten it was still grunting under my load so I upsized to something that kind of had a balance of strength that would hold me as well as give me something to grow into in the next couple months before my S20 gets here. I gave up a little range to get a beefier motor and higher pedal height - if I was lighter/smaller I would have a LOT more to choose from and I would definitely have went LIGHTER because while I'm learning I spend a LOT of time mount/dismount and picking it up. ;-) This thing is CRAZY powerful compared to something like the Mten or other 800W powerplants. I took it out the box and accidentally turned it on and almost put a hole in my wall - it wanted to G O G O GO GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
If I am mainly going to ride off-road and I have never been on one before, what would be the best one that isn’t too pricey just to see if I will like it? I am 185 pounds by the way. Thank ya.

Tesla v3 > MCM x1000. I haven't ridden the MCM5, but why get that when you can get a dreamy Tesla v3 for $100 more? Tesla v3 > V10F x 1000. Again, I haven't ridden a V10F, but why when a Tesla is the same price but better range, speed, torque? Nikola+ > 18XL. Have never ridden any KS wheel, but it throttles your speed at 50% battery, which the Nik does not do. I have killer range on my Nik+ and the speakers are super loud when I blast AVAS from EUC World and sound like Boba Fett's Slave 1. I have literally only ridden Gotway wheels mainly because I don't want to hear 'PLEASE DECELERATE' or get throttled when only through half of my battery. I also like riding at 35mph without beeps. I ride my Nik+, sometimes, down to 10% and can still go 35 miles per hour. Try that on a KingSong whee- actually don't. 😉 I get that you have more XP than me riding wheels, but it sounds like you don't recommend many Gotway/;Begode wheels. Is it because of the battery thing? Just curious. I would have purchased any of these Inmotion or KingSong wheels if they were high performance wheels, but they aren't; or at least haven't been until now. Tesla was my first 'real' wheel and I couldn't have picked a better wheel. Like I said, I don't have the XP riding all of these wheels that you do, but the Tesla is a forgotten gem that can outperform most of the wheels you recommended. Perhaps because you ride so many wheels, you never had the opportunity to really only ride a Tesla for 2 years straight to learn everything that wheel can do. She's truly an amazing wheel. The Tesla is God-tier level for a beginning wheel and I honestly haven't found a better 1st wheel for someone, from any company, to date. The fact that you glossed right over it tells me that you never unlocked that beast of a wheel's potential and now that it's on it's third iteration, while the 16X and the V10F haven't had any updates made to them, should show you that this wheel is not only not dead, but getting it's third wind. BTW, I like the Tesla wheel. Wasn't sure if that came across or not. I can be too subtle sometimes. THE END. 😋

Begode is your nex step, Rs hT, Rs Speed or a EXN. There Needs to Be like a Rs High Speed and EX. N cross with suspension. Thats why im so excited about the hero!

Hey Chooch, I am about to invest a lot of money on my second wheel, I am upgrading from a 16x to either a V12 or an RS19 HT, and I can't make up my mind, which one would you personally go with? Your opinion would really help.

Takes a while to learn but after a while it clicks and you can't get enough of it. I started out on my 16x thinking that there was no way i could do it, sweating bullets, lol. It is so foreign at first but after a few hundered miles you don't even have to think about it.
chooch, yo dude im in colorado as well, but both my wheels are not working, i got a v11 (in parts) & i got a v10f with a flat wheel.. both need to be fixed.. i could send them to inmotion to be fixed but not under warranty.. or i could sell.. im bummed not being able to ride my wheels but am looking for a solution.

Yea That thing is a gem and rides trails good too, I kinda like a skinny tire on trails.

Honestly the only gripe i have with my 16X is the weak mud gaurd. It's a solid wheel. But yea the V12 is it

depends I would want a 18xl for mainly offroad not many hills, v12 for on road or a place where your offroad situation has a lot of hills.
