I work in carpentry and one of my job sites that we just finished was redoing a living room/entry room for a couple that owns probably 200+ books combined, so built in shelves were a must. We ended up building bookshelves AROUND an existing window, so it was a nice depth for extra decorations that have gone to the wife’s sculpture pieces. I gotta admit, when we got pictures of the wall of bookshelves fully packed and surrounding a window looking right out into the greenery of their side yard, I had a fleeting moment of “Caryn and Connie would go nuts for this living room”.
That sounds so cool! Carpentry is a really amazing craft! 😍
I love how every individual unit has its own personality! In my head, two siblings lived in apartment C! The brother designs and creates sneakers and the sister is really into music and art.

And I imagine the sneaker guy and the graphic design artist talk about graphic design together a lot. And the sneaker guy’s counters being different are due to the family’s kids causing water damage that leaked downstairs and so he replaced the counters with something that fit his style

i love how much sense it makes for the characters that the B apartment is the one with original structure left, bc the family there is busy with family life while the artists above and under them have made changes to fit their creative visions!
And they carried through the easels to C as if they are friends with A and commission art for their sneaker brand

I think this is probably one of my favourite builds I LOVE the interior of each apartment, especially for the letter C it made me want to go on sims and build something out of my comfort zone it’s so nice!! I gotta save up for all the packs now 😂 you guys make builds look instantly cool and give me so many ideas!

Having a set of 3 letters per apartment (2 lettered-apartment for Y & Z since you can't get 26 by multiplying 3 by anything) would be really dope! It's really entertaining to watch the two of you encounter obstacles while building and worth with/rely on each other to overcome them, one of the things i love the most.
