1. Throw cappy 1x
2. Ground pound roll for max speed and jump
3. Throw cappy 2x.
4. Double jump on top of the barrel
5. Triple jump
6. As cappy returns, throw cappy 3x to do a triple throw, wich makes cappy returns to you faster.
7. Do the swirl as cappy comes back to you.
8. Cap jump
9. Land on barrel.
