I loved the Dangling of the Jiggly at the end. I’ve used coffee rubs, and have brined in Beer, but never brined in coffee. Can’t argue about the results. Thanks for not injecting. The worst briskets I’ve made were ones that I injected. Thanks for sharing

I’ve done quite a few beef roasts with coffee and they turned out great so I thought why not 🤷🏼‍♂️ It was super flavorful, so I guess I did something right! Thanks for the support!

I like how you add your own twist with the ☕ thumbs up for thinking out of the box.
This actually gave me an idea why not spritz with coffee I bet you that would leave a great flavor obviously you wouldn't want it as concentrated but that would be good

Truthfully I thought about it that day.... but thought a coffee brine and espresso rub was probably enough coffee lol. Being on the acidic side it would make a good spritz for sure!

Great video Andrew! Interesting idea about using coffee. I’ve found that injecting a mixture of beef broth and worcestershire into the brisket helps it keep moist during the cook. I also found letting it rest for 2 hours helps pull all those juices back to the center of the brisket. Also for the point...cube it up, add honey and bbq sauce and put it back in the smoker for 15-30 mins and that is meat GOLD! I just picked up my first pellet smoker (looks just like yours) and so far I love it! Cheers bro 🍻

This brisket turned out great, but I’ve already got a few ideas for the next brisket! One of those being a longer rest period. I freaking love my pellet smoker! The ease of use and simplicity makes it so easy! I’m looking to get my dad a Camp Chef pellet grill this spring, and I’m sure I’ll be doing a few videos on it too 🤣 Thanks for the support Andrew!

Nice im going to try a coffee brine on my next brisket, one tip I learned from Harry Soo to save pellets is once I wrap in foil I put it into my Webber propane or kitchen range for the final cook, and for cool down I put in my yetti for 3 to 4 hrs and she comes out perfect. Nice trim job I like to clean mine up pretty good as well and when i have enough trim pieces in the freezer these make amazing home made burgers so nothing gets waisted except the excess fat so I tend to trim allot off.

I like the coffee rub and brine quite a bit. It gave a good flavor! I’ve thought about using the oven too... but none of the fuel sources are free... plus i like using my toys!

There's the brisket!! Brining in coffee and using a coffee rub sounds awesome and man it came out juicy as anything Andrew, nice cook! Put a kitchen towel or a wet paper towel under your cutting board and it won't move around. Have a great weekend brother and keep on grillin!!

Andrew… I really enjoyed this video. Camera work, sound, lighting, music, everything was exceptional. 👏 👏 👏 You have a natural camera presence. I have occasionally seasoned my briskets and refrigerated overnight, but I’ve not tried the wet brine method before, but I will now! 😉 Your brisket had great color. I gotta get me some of that coffee rub. The tenderness and moisture were undeniable. Just a great cooking video. 👍 BTW… I don’t know where you reside, but how can I not subscribe to anyone who will commit to smoking a brisket in the snow? 😄 Mark me down as #276!

Thanks for the kind words and for subscribing! We’ve only been up and running for about 4 months now and have tried hard to produce great content. We’ve invested in many things to help out with our production quality and I think it’s starting to pay off. Our latest Video with the Keto Avocado is probably my favorite production so far.
Out of everything we’ve done, the brisket is at the top of our list! We are located in northeast Ohio, but don’t get me started about the snow....lm ready for spring lol
      Thanks again for the support!
