I think personally i would love Rushia in different character \ or development with this "more natural voice and speaking manner" way more, even if its kinda rude thing to say (cus current Rushia is no doubt part of her "soul" in some ways), but anyway her "soul" is still great, very talented (in voice acting for example), kind and supportive (as all Hololive members i must note) indeed and for that i respect her.
That applies to pretty much everyone but Marin (who I believe is usually in her natural voice). Which explains why I like her the most atm. I'm not a huge fan of the over-the-top cutesy act.
