At home, the intention behind cooking is not to make a profit but to prepare tasty and healthy meals. This can't be compared to a business whose primary goal is profit. Even if you aim to make the food as tasty as homemade, you will incur a loss because, to increase profits, you often have to compromise on the quality of the ingredients used in cooking. Also, 10 thari ko achar diyo bhaney i am sure most people won't even eat all 10 which will only lead to wastage and 350-400 ko range ma most people won't eat it daily unless you are can afford it instead doing your research with fix mindset ask more people other than people who are in the team ask college students, corporate workers, labourers, parents, even people who run different business in same locality ,divide them on various criterias of income, age, etc if done right i think this could be bigger than any of your guys businesses
Its a damn valid point. Even at home i think iam better at football then Messi. Home food is no doubt the best its an acquired taste, your gut system knows it. Whereas regarding eating thakali in restaurants you go out with zero intentions, you leave it to the chefs making it, you dine there to experience their take on the dishes ; the prime reason fo dining out. For the food prices i think for Veg thakali at 250 and Non veg at 450 is a reasonable price, yes but sure it depends on the dining experience and service for the variables in pricing. There will never be a one particular best Thakali joint, one day i might prefer one the other day might be different. And also runnning a restaurant business is not any easy. We must value their time and effort and guys please be humble even if the food is not good, it will for sure go a long way.
