There’s a particular way to eat certain food. Momo is not to be broken on the plate. Your supposed to put the whole thing inside the mouth and bite into it so you don’t miss a single drop of delicious juice packed inside that momo. Makes a big difference.
you went to the wrong mahabharat momo tho, Lagankhel is the original branch and has much better tasting MoMo even tho it is the same shop. Patan Dhoka Mahabharat has lost it's reputation due to inconsistent quality and taste it provides. It's usually hit or miss, but what i personally have experienced is Langankhel's one is always a hit.
