She has nothing more to lose because her career is dead, she is broke and her dignity never mattered to her anyway. What could be the consequences of her lies then? Jail time? While I'm not a victim of domestic abuse, I've had people like her in my life (all men, they were manipulative, pathological liers, using DARVO all the time, etc...) ... The interviewer started this so calm and compassionate, by the end she's snappy and visibly irritated. You can see in real time how attempting to have a discussion with someone like AH just brings out the worst in everyone.

Yes, there is an evidentiary rule that says a person has the right to introduce a full recording if a partial recording is presented to a jury. So the full recordings must have been worse if Amber’s team didn’t ask to have them admitted as evidence

Either the defense or the plaintiff could have moved for the entirety of the tapes to be admitted but neither did, only moving for the portions played at trial to be.

This journalist is either quite diplomatic or so skillful in conversation that she could fool you into thinking she's on your side- so that you let down your guard enough to tell more of your story. I remember in her interview with Elaine- even Asmon was thinking she was team Amber and called her stupid. But in Ben & Camille's interview , she seemed very happy for them and asked respectful questions.
Now though, facing AH, the journalist was thin-lipped and squinting. This aligns with most people (even empaths) being unable to empathise with AH's poor acting.
You noticed this too!!! she was much more happy with Camille and Ben, here she had to do everything in her power from keeping her eyes from rolling so hard they fell out of her head and rolled on the floor.
I've watched the interviewers (Savannah Guthrie) from the start. She used to be a really good journalist. As time went on as she worked for NBC, she has really shown herself to be a phony journalist. I used to watch Morning Joe when they first started and she used to do pieces for them. Chuck Todd, Her, Joe and Mica all have totally became activist and radical journalists supporting the radical left agenda. Remember she did a huge interview with Trump when he was running the second time. She asked such biased questions and questions that were not fair and balanced. She tried to rile him up and get u der his skin. I believe the interview is still on YT. Morning Joe used to be a joy to watch. They shifted to everything non trump instead of being impartial and never said a bad thing about Joe Biden. Savannah used to be a joy to watch, and so joyful about her career. Something is very wrong with CNN and NBC, ABC. It's sickening. Diane Sawyer used to be a pleasure to watch. She asked tough questions and edgy questions that really made for a good conversation and would look at it from both sides. Same with Barbara Walters. These ladies were amazing interviews. The Robert Blake jail Interview, etc. Savannah can't hold a candle to those ladies.

The jury is most likely going to side with the victim. AH just wasn’t the victim in this case. I used to be a liar as a kid. Strictly compulsive. Couldn’t help myself at all. It just happened and kept happening and at some point I knew I could never come clean because I had convinced myself that those lies were true.
This is why I don’t believe Amber. Every single thing that comes out of her becomes lie after lie and because of my own past, I know EXACTLY what that looks like. It is REVOLTING. The way that her eyes express zero emotion, the way that she just spews words out, the way that she puts fault on everyone around her then tries to take it back then does it again. And her testimony, you can tell which part is true and which part is a flat lie. It’s a weird tell that she has that I simply cannot explain.
I truly hope that she finds healing and understands that the accountability she really needs to take is the accountability of not assuming that she’s above it all and having this “holier than thou” stance on everything.

Ive never seen her in a real acting role because I havent watched many movies but every time I see her in the clips of her on the stand or giving interviews I cannot help but wonder how she ever became an actress. Im literally 16 seconds into this video and shes already made me roll my eyes

“When your life is on the line” - she was WAY closer to murdering him than him her. Her only evidence was a doctored image. She literally threw a bottle and cut his finger off - he genuinely could have bled out.
He got a very serious infection from that cut, could have died from that.
I can only think that johnny is a lot smarter than I ever thought. I remember when he said "I will never let her see me again" and how he didn't show up to court for the verdict. He's not going to waste anymore time with this woman, because he knew that she will never stop. I hope he's living his life, and really not paying attention to any of this
I can't help but wonder if the "unused evidence" she gave her lawyers wasn't used because it came across as staged, faked, instigated and would have made her look even more guilty.
Her saying she always told the truth...after saying several times that she donated (past tense) the $7 MIL to the charities. She had the money for over a year and could have paid it off at any time and chose not to. And her repeated claims she didn't want anything but there is the letter from her lawyer laying out her demands or she would go file a restraining order against him. She seems somehow surprised that came back to bite her. Does she somehow not know the definition of lie?
As for AH losing jobs...she is a subpar actor.

There is no unused evidence though. She’s actually lying so hard! It’s crazy that people give her a platform. The evidence she refers to is from the UK judgement which was Depp v TheSun & Dan Wootton so the bits she’s speaking of are irrelevant to this case! You can tell by her lying smirk, she fails to be able to tell the truth

The evidence that was not used was a hearsay in US. In UK those were admitted. And that evidence included: her own diary, her emails [sent to herself], her psychiatrists notes about her injuries [which she self reported to them] . ... Those psychiatric notes were meant to be her 'medical' reports of abuse...
