    Some of the frames you can buy in Aliexpress are made in Taiwan. Also, not all the sellers ship from China. And most of the production is being outsourced to China from Europe or the USA to cut down on costs. For example, a bike that is being put together in the UK might be using Reynolds tubing from Taiwan or using other components built in China.

    U know...the funny thing is that fixies can be stopped without foot retentions. I had my first fixie like that ,no brakes of course. The catch was that i could only force my foot into the pedal to stop the bike when i was riding fast. I had problems stoping the bike when going slow. I am not a heavy rider and i didn't had enough weight to push down on my pedal.

  • @Johann-4354
    @Johann-4354 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

    I like Tsunami's. If you just want an out of town bike cruiser, I think it would be fun to use. As of now, I've got an old Schwinn Continental bike with one brake I'm going to put a fixed gear on. Or, an old Gitane frame with 27" wheels. Starter bikes to see if I want to invest in a more serious true fixed gear.

    Nope, tried pistards and ellipses. Ellipses are slightly stiffer and will take more beating. A lot more. Bombproof level. They use those kinky proprietary mavic spokes that actually kick ass.
    I'll take ellipses based on experience.

    What Ellipses don't take is freewheels.
