    Loved this. I've always loved walking, started weights a few days a week as well as sprints and i throw a 5k in every few months to enjoy! I did turkey trot few weeks ago and ran faster now that im running less and doing sprints/weights!! I fast 16:8 daily, eat mostly keto, anti-inflammatory diet. ❤ thank you for your videos!

    Does walking your dog 4 hours a day in one hour intervals count lol.
