    Sisson is all about marketing his products under the guise of health benefits. Who wants to listen to a half hour of advertising?

    Mark I know you’re high on these new shoes you’re promoting but come on now. What about Zone 2 and Zone 5 for your heart? I know you content providers have to keep putting out materials but please don't do it to the detriment of the data.

      You can usually hit Zone 2 with a very brisk walk, especially if you do it on an incline. Additionally, he specifically stated there is no problem with sprinting. So, you can hit Zone 5 with that.
