-Some people are even talking about disbanding the HOA entirely. -Great. It shouldn't exist in the first place. Who are you to dictate to people what color to paint their house or when to mow their lawn? -But property values! -Lower property value = Lower property tax. You should be thanking people who lower your property value.
First story makes no sense. The HOA rep claims OP refused to follow HOA regs (because he was a property owner supposedly in an HOA) and yet, the HOA Rep demanded OP get trespassed from the property in question? How can you both be a homeowner and a trespasser on that same property? And negotiation with the HOA at the end didn't really make sense either. What's the point in promising to not pursue the HOA for harassment, trespassing and property damage in exchange for a letter saying OP wasn't subject to their rules. He wasn't subject to their rules regardless of that letter. He got something of zero actual worth in return for letting them off the hook. The only thing OP got was a promise that an abusive organization would stop abusing him. It feels an awful lot like an abusive partner promising that the last assault was the last one if the abused person didn't press charges.. until the next time of course.
The obsessed guy has a problem and a very dangerous one He definitely needs major therapy He is what you call a stalker and needs urgent attention because in his present state he WILL make plans to get to her and have the attitude IFF I CANT HAVE HER NOBODY CAN and hurt her, her family and her in-laws family That OP IS PHYCO IN A VERY BIG WAY AND IS DANGEROUS
Story 1 deals with the concept Rudyard Kipling wrote about in “Dane-geld” that ends “…We never pay any-one Dane-geld, No matter how trifling the cost; For the end of that game is oppression and shame, And the nation that plays it is lost!"
The perfect response to any homeowner association prick saying "Your house falls under HOA jurisdiction. So it must comply with HOA rules" is this: "Show me the documents that I or any previous homeowner of this property has signed and joined your HOA. If you can't. That means that my property isn't part of your HOA. Which also means the HOA rules and regulations do not apply to me."
The only problem with this is that HOAs will always try to claim that someone's property falls under HOA jurisdiction whether they signed documents or not, either because the homeowner's property is part of the neighborhood, or the HOA has recently expanded its boundaries to include properties that were previously outside of the HOA. In either case, simply demanding to see documentation that proves the HOA's claims to be legitimate, hoping that they won't be able to produce those documents, is not enough, as some HOAs will resort to forgery to prove their claim. The homeowner will have no alternative but to take the HOA to court in order to prove that the HOA has no authority over their property.
Get things straight instead of blaming men for doing something they didn't do ! The story, like 90% of all these stories, is about an HOA CUUUUNT president, not some prick
I'd skip asking if they have any records of previous owners signing up to an HOA. As it has been shown on many of these stories, they are not above forging dates and documents, or signatures, in order to get their way. My realtor warned us that any house we had looked at to make sure in the due diligence and title/deed paperwork that there is no language about being apart of any HOA. They were a contributing factor in how we looked for homes, even being within a couple houses away from an HOA community can be an issue from what these stories have demonstrated.
Lol, the phrase, " I don't know how she found out, but she did, she found out?". What a nit wit, everyone I know, married or in a relationship says the same thing. If women think you might be cheating, they are more determined then the FBI, CIA, Homeland Security, Wal-Mart loss prevention all put together. They will find an errant hair on your clothing, in your car, and if you are really dumb, in your bed. Life sux when you think with the wrong head. 😂
Bridezilla???: Run for the hills. He is already disrespecting you and making idle threats Why are you still with this guy. Promises do not mean shit, he's just showing you his true colors and now can't stand that you don't like who he really is. Do not expect him to change or allow him to convince you that he will. To cheating devorcee, get over yourself. She left you because you cheated and will never trust you again. You sound like a salker and you'r now trying to make excuses for how she possibly couldn't do better than you. Grow TFU sounds to me like she dodged a huge bullet.
Farmer v HOA == farmer must raise HOGS for a year or two. The HOA will likely surrender. Seriously, the HOA offered you nothing (you were already NOT in the HOA) except no further harassment, but they wanted your surrender in return. You should have held out with legal action (would have been at their expense in Court), and at the minimum, dissolution of HOA.
Unfortunately, your wife decided when she found out you cheated that she was done. She was over it and she moved on with life which you really need to do too. Your obsession with her and thinking that somehow you can get her to come back to you is not reality, however, painful that may be
If you have a farm with a lot of land than an HOA develops next to, it's pretty obvious it doesn't belong to the HOA. Your 5, 10, 100+ acres won't exactly fit in with the manicured 1/4 acre lots. Happens more and more. Be proactive in telling them to get bent from the get go.
Title story - the OP doesn't need to prove he is not a member of the HOA. It is the HOA's claim that he is, so the onus is on the HOA to prove their claim.
The OP that liked to read books if she keeps reading books she might catch up to me. I've read close to 4,000 books, it did take me 27 years to do it though. I tried to read 3or4 books a week.
She threw UA like garbage? You threw the whole relationship away like garbage for one time of cheating with someone else you should’ve thought about that before you did what you did actions have consequences and sometimes they really suck
The cheater story: that dude is very scary, never ever saying ex wife never admitting he is the worst kind of man. He cheated and is pulling apart her new happy life and if he could get to her she would be a DV victim
and she is far better off without this self-centred prick. He cheated on her. Game over. Yet he expects her to forgive him, because he is such a catch. Narcissist much?
on the brn one their lucky it wasnt me or it would of been painted tie dyed lol as for the kid dose she match the dna as in could it been switched at the hospitable i have seen that happen before
If you got a good HOA then it’s good One can go many years with a good one then you get a power hungry president with no brains but on a power trip to totally destroy the HOA with their illegal shanigans Sadly the lawyers play along with them knowing what is been done is illegal but because they know they will be getting paid stringing the HOA alone and milking them for all they have They succeed getting away with their scam because the only one to be affected is their client They should also be heavily penalised for taking advantage of their clients idiocy Instead of been paid they should be heavily fined for taking on cases they know they will never win and wading the courts time
Can someone please explain to me how women claim to own the house you are living in when you are just boyfriend and girlfriend? I can understand if it was her place before and he moved in but when you move into a new place together how come it's always the woman that goes "if you don't leave my house I will call the police". Call me sexist but when it's 50/50 all the police can legally do is tell you to work it out yourself they can not get involved
And like the police are going to get involved Brenda didn’t splutter indignantly, she spluttered because she blew the two policemen on the way to the farm!
Red is the perfect color for a barn

Can't be Brenda! MUST BE KAREN!! It's in the Rules!

He set the book on fire because he was mad
HOA story I'd question the officers action as HOA rules aren't laws they have absolutely NO BUSINESS attempting to enforce them
The obsessed guy has a problem and a very dangerous one
He definitely needs major therapy
He is what you call a stalker and needs urgent attention because in his present state he WILL make plans to get to her and have the attitude IFF I CANT HAVE HER NOBODY CAN and hurt her, her family and her in-laws family
That OP IS PHYCO IN A VERY BIG WAY AND IS DANGEROUS
I'm so glad I wasn't the only one who thought this
I thought it too. He’s nuts. She is well rid of him
Refusing to press charges is the quickest and easiest way to make sure they will target you again.

Never never never allow law enforcement inside your house without a valid warrant. They can make up some bogus reason to search your home
And when do cop know about property rights laws
So says someone who has something to hide.
Never ever let law enforcement come into your house without a valid warrant. They might try to come up with some excuse to look around your home
And if you have nothing to hide then there is no issue
If you have nothing to hide Then there's no problem.
The D&D story- the best way to honor your friend is to keep playing. Maybe name an NPC after them on the next campaign, but keep playing.
you dont cheat on someone you claim to love so much.

Im glad he finally saw the ligbt
what you are doing is stalking, you need to stop and move on.
Unfortunately, your wife decided when she found out you cheated that she was done. She was over it and she moved on with life which you really need to do too. Your obsession with her and thinking that somehow you can get her to come back to you is not reality, however, painful that may be

Well the best thing is to do is be there for them PS hope there was no children left behind because it would be hard on them
Brenda’s property would start having issues for real.
I would never live in an HOA!
Title story - the OP doesn't need to prove he is not a member of the HOA. It is the HOA's claim that he is, so the onus is on the HOA to prove their claim.
Cheating may well turn out to be a mistake but it's never an accident, at some point it involves a choice and then any trust is shattered.
Good luck with the new kids if u get them
Great stories. 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕
Since when do police enforce HOA rules?
Willow Creek Estates...they always name it after what they destroy.
Maybe lights outside lit up the poster at night. I had a poster of Barnabus Collins from Dark Shadows but it made me feel safe
Well some kids just can't Express themselves but u are doing the right thing it would have caused more problems for bith of you
For the guy at the 44 minute mark. IMHO…you are extremely scary. Get therapy, get medication, get something that will get her out of your head.
Update Update lol
Playing with a lighter in a room full of books?
The OP that liked to read books if she keeps reading books she might catch up to me. I've read close to 4,000 books, it did take me 27 years to do it though. I tried to read 3or4 books a week.

Pizza Time,🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕
The cheater story: that dude is very scary, never ever saying ex wife never admitting he is the worst kind of man. He cheated and is pulling apart her new happy life and if he could get to her she would be a DV victim
Gamer here. Had to contact police. (Denmark) Who got hold of police in Italy. And stopped a suicide. Because of a video game.
On the second story.
The boy may not your biological but he is your son anyway.
Love him anyway.
i keep wondering if the one op was the only one that cheated.
Sprinklers can deter please ckdters.
If you have animals, I k ow where I would spread it
If your cat pack her up and take her.
Hey i hope u are having fun with pitty party she done with u so get over it
and she is far better off without this self-centred prick. He cheated on her. Game over. Yet he expects her to forgive him, because he is such a catch. Narcissist much?
The divorce stories op is stalking.
Barns are supposed to be red.
Do the part if he doesn’t trust you you are better off backing off from him
This HOA just bully. Here with the HOA comply consent because her ego is hate
on the brn one their lucky it wasnt me or it would of been painted tie dyed lol as for the kid dose she match the dna as in could it been switched at the hospitable i have seen that happen before
Think can you deal with this attitude for your life?
Oh boy!
You really have an issue with HOA's
If you got a good HOA then it’s good
One can go many years with a good one then you get a power hungry president with no brains but on a power trip to totally destroy the HOA with their illegal shanigans
Sadly the lawyers play along with them knowing what is been done is illegal but because they know they will be getting paid stringing the HOA alone and milking them for all they have
They succeed getting away with their scam because the only one to be affected is their client
They should also be heavily penalised for taking advantage of their clients idiocy
Instead of been paid they should be heavily fined for taking on cases they know they will never win and wading the courts time

At that point, all it takes is for the woman to claim that she was abused and then the guy is automatically removed from the residence
I don't think this channel understands what entitled people stories actually are
🍕🇮🇹🍕🧙♂
So why didn’t op get a cease and desist order?
And like the police are going to get involved
Brenda didn’t splutter indignantly, she spluttered because she blew the two policemen on the way to the farm!
Blubbering?
More like boffing!
