It's interesting to see the asymmetric/ stiff inside arm technique (rather than classically level pole swing), as it highlights when hip counterbalance breaks down.

Easy to watch, not easy to do :)
But there is a but...I noticed something strange. Tell me if I am wrong or not thx. The turns on left and right are not symetrical.
In the blue gates Matej enter the turn with inclination (preparing full pressure at the gate later) since in the red gates position of Matej at the begining the turn is not so inclinated, his shoulders keep levelled and he is in a hip angulation position.

@@Triggerboy62 ahah yes he is WC racer...maybe some cant slope :). By the way the plain technique is the one in the blue gates; this how you can get maximum edge angle (aka pressure at the gate). The video is very interesting because you can compare the blue with the red turns :)

some of the blue gate turns are against the fall line more i.e. fighting the inclination of the slope more hence a tougher turn, while the red gates turn are more in the fall line and inclination of the slope and easier turn, hence the lack of symmetry at times, in my humble opinion
