I have my own little mini gym. I workout in my room. I just started taking it serious. I do 100 push ups, ab wheel crunches, and squats. I’m starting off slow. I’m gonna do this workout for 100 days straight then I’m going to transition to a program for myself. Also for my cardio I do my football drills. I’m also only 14 and I found out about working out. I am very passionate about it and it is changing my life for the better. Thank you Kenny.
Kenny if you want more ab definition/stability/strength obviously diet but also compund movements are single handedly the most important exercises to do. They work multiple muscle groups, require core activation/stability at all times. (Squat, bench, deadlift, pull ups, OH press)

You need to do some heavy deadlifts, barbell rows, and squats. These compound workouts build the abs and define them more than any of the isolated ab workouts, that’s why you see big power lifters with abs even though they have a higher fat percentage
I do leg workouts for my vertical. Pogo hops, tuck jumps, jump ropes, squats, calf raises, split squats, reverse split squat, one leg raises, depth jumps. Basically all of them are 3 sets, except like 2 of them

Spot on. Fitness is at least 80% in the kitchen, 20% actually working out...and this is coming from a powerlifter
