About a month ago, I bought a beautiful looking purple garlics in our grocery here in United States. When I got home, opened it and trying to show my wife. When I touched the garlics, there was a purple color stained my hands. I looked at the label and IT WAS GROWNED IN CHINA. THE CHINESE DIPPED THE GARLICS IN PURPLE FOOD COLORING.
Are the worker Japanese? I always thought its very hard to get manual labour at developed countries I thought there must be automated machinery for planting/harvesting for anything in advance countries like Japan

it was 5 months to harvest
Hard work. This year i will plant 1 ton of garlic on raised bad with irrigation and same black mulch cover. Wish me luck people
