  • We've all heard our trainers tell us, "Heels down, shoulders back, and eyes up!"
We all want that picture perfect position, but it’s harder than it sounds to get there. That’s why we brought in hunter/ jumper trainer and rider, Simone Starnes, to teach you about body control, and how to build a stronger, balanced position.
Check out this sneak peak into her 4-part course, where she breaks down why your lower leg matters and an exercise that she has all of her riders practice. If you want to learn more about body control and exercises to perfect your position, head over to Masterclass.noellefloyd.com to become a member and gain access to this course.

This was very helpful, especially showing the good/ bad form back to back so you can really see the difference. Thanks!

Haha, I am weird and wish it was always no stirrup time, I especially canter much better without!

Uh. Using really experienced riders in this type of video is always kind of frustrating

I love the advice. However I’d like more video and less talking. Thanks
