I don't mind that Spiderverse 3 is delayed. As long as those animators are treated properly for their work, I'm fine with it. Madame Web just looks like Sony's attempt at Stranger Things, which is a shame with how much intresting potential she has from the comics.
While we are all waiting for Beyond the Spider-verse to come out, we did get something exciting on March 27th of this year. That being in the form of a short film titled The Spider Within: A Spider-verse Story. This short film takes after the events of Into the Spider-verse but before across the Spider-verse. This short film focuses on Miles Morales experiencing a panic attack and learning that asking others for help might not be such a bad thing.

My pitch for MCU Spider-Man 4: Peter is in a rough place after the events of No Way Home. He's trying to attend college at Empire State University while also trying to make ends meet by working multiple jobs, perhaps one of them is at The Daily Bugle. Peter's double life as Spider-Man only makes things harder as he has trouble making it to class and work on time. Little does Peter realize that he's unintentionally interfered in the business of the Kingpin who hires Mac Gargan, now outfitted with an exosuit and calling himself Scorpion, to kill Spider-Man for him. Scorpion ambushes Spider-Man one night while he's out on patrol. Peter, who's both mentally and physically worn down, gets his butt handed to him and is only able to drive Scorpion off after Daredevil arrives to help. Daredevil informs Peter on who the Kingpin and Scorpion are and why they're after him. Daredevil offers to work with Spidey to take the two down. Spidey, who's trying to keep his secret identity more guarded and keep innocent people from getting caught in the cross fire of his superhero antics, declines saying he can handle it himself. Around this time the symbiote remnant from the No Way Home mid-credit scene makes its way to NYC where it ultimately bonds with Peter and feeds off the negative emotions brought on by his stress and isolation. Peter takes a liking to the symbiote as it increases his powers, demonstrated by Peter being able to win a fight with Scorpion one on one, and makes him feel more confident. However, the symbiote also makes Peter more angry and aggressive with him snapping at his professors, bosses, and landlord. Spidey has a final showdown with Scorpion which spills over into an abandoned church. Spider-Man brutalizes Scorpion and is on the verge of killing him when Daredevil intervenes. Spidey turns his rage on Daredevil and the two have a fight that leads up to the churches bell tower. Spidey lands a blow on Daredevil that cracks his mask open revealing the face of Matt Murdock. Seeing that he's hurt someone who once helped Peter Parker, Spider-Man comes to his senses and uses the church bell to drive the symbiote off of himself. Spidey explains to Daredevil that the suit was influencing his decisions and takes him up on his offer to work together to stop Kingpin. Peter hacks Kingpins computer servers and sends evidence of Fisk's misdeeds to the cops. Spidey and Daredevil then have a final battle with Kingpin and manage to subdue him right before the police arrive to haul him off to jail. The film ends with Peter resolving to make new friends as Peter Parker and trust in allies again as Spider-Man. In a post credit scene Mac Gargan is shown regaining consciousness in the church when the symbiote lunges at him from the shadows. This would set Gargan up to become the MCU's Venom in Spider-Man 5. If you read all of this I applaud you.
While I want a classic spiderman movie this would be amazing to watch. However I think spiderman 4 (theory) is gonna make him seem like a villain to the other mcu heroes and in secret wars he uses the symbiote suit like in the comic. Idk thats what I think but your story sound great and I would happily watch it if it is as good as it sounds.
For me, I feel like you should drag out the symbiote plot line another movie. I also feel it should stray away from the drug allegory, and instead make it so that it’s Peter’s negative emotions affecting the symbiote, making it evil when it gets off Peter and goes to someone else. Idk, I’m just tired of having the same adaption of the symbiote we’ve been getting since the 90’s cartoon. It would be nice to freshen it up a little. Plus this gives us an opportunity to implement Peter’s bad temper from the comics, something that we’ve only seen once in the amazing Spider-Man movies not anywhere else.
The new Ultimate Universe is labeled as Earth 6160, and event that happened before Maker's intervention such as Howard Stark being the OG Iron Man and Peter being friends with Liz during the school incursion were already different from what the 1610 universe was. But this is a good thing, it's good to have an universe without ties to another, being free to tell it's stories.
Also yeah i 1000% want a grounded Spider-Man story. Seriously the Spider-verse idea can't be the default. Tell grounded stories and build it up. It's not that hard. You've done it before Sony.
At this point, I am so done with Sony. It's clear they're doing this just to keep the rights. But at the cost of alienating the fan base. It would be nice to adapt the Other storyline in the 3rd Spider-man game. Peter did fall off in the 2nd game in favour of Miles. So embracing the other could show an evolution to his powers, like organic webbing, Stingers on his hands and a whole Spider monster form. Some species of spiders can Molt, which means they will shed their old skin or shell to grow bigger, heal themselves and grow lost limbs before their new shell hardens. We do not have to go so far, but maybe having a humanoid spider-monster form to heal peter's body, like deep cuts and fractured bones, rebuilding his human body from within the hard shell before Molting could give peter a way to be his own and atrong version of spider-man. Could also lessen the amount of tech uses in the games. Layely, in Spider-man Medium, Peter has been falling behind Miles, and in favour of him, Peter is made to lool weeker, especially in the second game. Peter took some unnececary beatings when he could clearly counter them with his Spider-Sense, They made peter look stupid just to make Miles look Good. Since Miles has become the main Spider-man of Insomniac's Spider-man Universe, The Other Storyline could be a More Peter focused Story where peter finds out he's Dying due to radioactivity in his blood and wants to spend some time with the people he loves most(including Doc Ock), only to later find out about The Other, where he has to choose to evolve his powers or die from radioactivity in hos blood. We should also give Peter a villian who knows he's Spider-man and wants revenge, so he has to protect his family while also dealing with the Other. Miles can be a part of this Story, but having his own story within the game so he does not interfeer with peter's story as much. The final battle could be Peter embracing the other, in his new spider-monster form fighting against this villian,(if possible, could be Morlun, but is highly unlikely).
I always wanted a madam web movie or some form of her in the MCU but this right here is so far what I imagine they were doing .madame web would been a perfect fit to connect all the spider verses. Imagine Tom holland spider man and madame web dialogues. But this what Sony is doing 🤢

Sony adapting Madam Web of all Spider characters is so weird to me. If they really want to make a Spidey movie with a female lead, Black Cat seems like the obvious choice. Shes a character that works well enough without Spider-Man being involved and a heist movie sounds way more straight forward of a story to adapt than any of the other attempts Sony has made.

I don't think Sony knows what they are doing. The company is trying too hard to hold onto Spiderman. Nobody is asking for a Kraven the hunter movie or Madame web movie. Neither of them look good or interesting. The only things I'm waiting on is the new spider verse, a new Tom Holland Spiderman movie, and a crossover between Venom and Spiderman. *Let them fight!*
And nothing with Venom raising Spidey. That's stupid. Also, make Sam Raimi's Spiderman 4!
Sony adapting Madam Web of all Spider characters is so weird to me. If they really want to make a Spidey movie with a female lead, Black Cat seems like the obvious choice. Shes a character that works well enough without Spider-Man being involved and a heist movie sounds way more straight forward of a story to adapt than any of the other attempts Sony has made.

Um acktually 1610 was brought back by Bendis not even a year later for Spider-Men 2... and the Miles run from 2018 even had 1610 Green Goblin, as well as a character that stole gear from all of the Ultimates, so... yeah 1610 was fine. And while I haven't read the new Ultimate Spidey yet (I really want to, I'm just extremely broke), I'd be willing to bet that this is still 1610
Also yeah, I'm aware of the Ultimate Invasion or whatever it was called crossover event that happened a few months ago, but I haven't read it yet, so shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
