What cheese do you use and is there a way to make this so it isn't spicy? Or is only a little spicy?
Anjuli Michele I personally prefer mozzarella but any kind of cheese is fine. You could get other brands of tteokbokki that isn't as spicy as theirs. Or you could make your own and change around the recipe.
