I'm so happy I started my business 4 years ago. It was the best decision I've ever made. Should've started it 20 years ago. Just Do It!!

I saw this in the 90s and early 2000’s when I was a CMA-C and as a CNA later. Black women would get picked off 1 by one because they refused to raise their voices as ONE! My darker coworkers enjoyed watching my demise. Of course once I was gone they were next.

Thank you, thank you thank you! This is the real problem. We are using our creativity our high intellect, our degrees and skills to make white people richer so they can then turn around and degrade us even more. It makes no sense no other smart community does this. We should be creating our own practices. Where I live, we have several medical practices comprised of all black folks. Black doctors nurses, even the receptionists are black. To hell with those folks.

Since I have been in this country, I have never heard of any diaspora dialogue or conference between African and African Americans at local level. If there is such a collective dialogue; that would be a beginning under which a true relationship would develop that would be beneficial to African Americans. You develop friendship here in the US and travel together for a visit to the motherland. That would be an easy transition for them. Feeding into the concept of divide and rule; only keep us apart.

Me being quiet spooked them so I was able to work and write up future plans at the same time. Most people I worked with wasted all their time gossiping and sniping eachother. Not getting promoted kept me out of the drama also.

Not at all, black immigrants are not mad at the host because he is speaking truths. The issue is that black Immigrants also face bad issues in this country. Our fellow black Americans' ancestors and their descendants gave their lives and continue to give their lives in struggles and fights against white Supremacists. black immigrants and none white immigrants are able to migrate to America because of Black Americans' Ancestors and their descendants. They continue these struggles even today. So, not all black immigrants are against what the host continues to say about immigrants. All immigrants are not the same. Black immigrants face racism, discrimination, white extremists, white Supremacists, KKK, Oath Keepers, skin heads, white hate groups, etc like descendents of slaves (our black American brothers and sisters). However, Black immigrants don't talk about it in public. They do however, talk about it with people they feel comfortable with. Some of us on this forum know about killings and discrimination of black African immigrants and black immigrants from Haiti, etc.

Before 9/11, Arabs, Chinese, Indians, Koreans, other Asians, Europeans, Turshi people, and groups of people that are NOT black people were hired more in place of black people in jobs such as medicine, engineering , teaching & research jobs etc in America by white people. I know 2 black professionals immigrants from with PhDs in engineering from American universities that were refused promotions because they refused to bow down for white people to step all over them and also they tried to express to white people what they think about white people when it comes to issues of black people in America. I also thought it would be great when Magafuli was breathing, but when he turned up the opposite after going missing, & I realised who his replacement really was, I had to alter that belief right quick.

I've had management copy my emails VERBATIM as their own work. No credit to me at all while they make me do most of the work while their lazy buddies complain about me daily. But I'll be retiring next year and everyone will be on their own!!! I can't wait!!!

This message has finally cleared up for me why some black women are so envious of each other. My experience was so volatile, they scratched my new car, unscrewed the lugs on my tires, spreading lies about me having diseases etc...... The main one Peggy who was asked by my male co-worker, what did she do to make you hate her so much. He told me she said: she didn't do anything to me I just don't like her.

If you are a serious minded, outspoken Black man in the workplace, even if you have an impeccable work record, they will still find a way to get rid of you. Trust me, I've been there.

As an immigrant, especially one of African descent she must understand the history and culture her adopted country. That culture is totally imbedded with a history and current culture of racism!! Gotta be careful not to be “uppity”😢

Dr Phil U R 100% correct about AAW working with White Folks. My daughter & I both have went thru this nonsense. We are both nice looking well dressed and educated and stand up women. They respected us, but Lord, they tried sabotage every single way they could. Thank you for bringing to the light this well known problem in our community. All are not able to own businesses but at least they can get info and be forewarned, like what I did with my daughter.

Exactly! Jamaicans have serious egos and they want you to think that's confidence because they think they are better than AMERICANS, especially black Americans. This type of behavior stems from Jamaicans class prejudice in Jamaica and they bring that nonsense to America. I'll say this, let them work it out with the white haters and black Americans wait ✋️ on the sidelines because Jamaicans don't like you.... TRUST ME
