Here's a simple yet delicious recipe to keep handy for those busy days!
These toddler-friendly snacks are not only quick and easy to make but also a hit with preschoolers.
Ingredients:
Equal parts, canned creamed corn, self-raising flour and shredded cheese.
(I used 1x 400g can of creamed corn and used this can to measure the other ingredients.)
Method:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, until they come together
2. Spoon on to flat baking sheet
3. Bake in oven at 180 degrees Celsius, for 15 - 20 mins until golden and fluffy (may vary depending on your oven).
Perfect for cooking with your little ones, this recipe doubles as a fun activity to bond with your toddler in the kitchen.
