If you like to sit in a certain area say for example right along the edge of the pool or somewhere along where there is shade then I would definitely say try to be there for 7:30 7:45 and put your towels on the lounging chairs where you would like to sit for the day. And it's for sitting on the beach there will not be a problem is there are so many lounging chairs. But watch out for the alligator and I'm not even joking because when we were out there for two and a half days we could not go into the ocean and at first I did not believe it until I saw it for my self and maybe it's a crocodile and odyssey doesn't make a difference alligator crocodile. We did walk down to the Jalisco to the right which is only a few minutes and we were able to swim in the water there but when the security guard yelled everybody out while we definitely all came out immediately
