Basically everyone you have seen in Helluva Boss was born in Hell. The imps, hellhounds, succubi and many more. In Hazbin Hotel the majority of the demons will be human souls.
Shes the daughter of lucifer and Lilith. Satan is acctually a diffrent lord. Lucifer and Satan are the same level as asmodeus, mammon and bee.

That’s not true. Lucifer, Charlie and Lilith are more powerful than the sins. Lucifer is the most powerful being in hell because he is a Seraphim, the strongest type of angel there is. Lilith and Charlie are just below him.
Right about the first part, wrong about the second. Lucifer is at the top of the hierarchy, being the King of Hell, since he literally created it, was the first to be cast into hell (with Lilith), and is a fallen angel. The others you mentioned are all Deadly Sins, who rank just below Charlie.

Demons who are hell borne, have their lives and families and can move freely trough rings of hell
while Sinners (humans who dies and been cast down to hell for their sins) can't procreate and are stuck at the very first ring (Pride) which is actually ruled by Lucipher himself. Now Especially crafty, strongwilled or depraved humans can get lot of power and leverage in this Pride Ring by owning souls of other sinners. Those are called Overlords (Alasotr is one of them) and they usually comes in some sort of variety of sin or theme (Alastor being the Radio) but there are others like Vallentino, who is a Pimp and owner of hell porn industry, Vox, who is a TV, Velvette who is basicly Social media and trends or Camilla Carmine who is a Death Merchant dealing with weapons
Lucifer is a former angel (some people even say archengel; though probably a Seraphim hench the 6-wings) - so he is not hellborn. Though Charlie is the only one hellborn that is not a demon (hellhound, Geotia, Succubus, Incubus and so on) nor an Imp .. she is kind of a special case of her own

Not Lucifer. He’s a fallen angel. Which is why it puts him above the other sins, even though he technically is one himself.

As far as I understand it, Sinners don't NEED to eat, but they still get hungry, with honestly sounds like the most torturous part of this hell.
And even if they could starve to death, they'd just 'respawn' eventually anyways.
I just realized now that Charlie sending out the firework was the signal that the extermination was over, and that's why the sinners started coming out right afterwards. It's been a while since i watched the pilot in full. At least that's my best guess.
And sinners can't be permanently killed except by holy weapons. Demons born in hell however can be killed more easily.
Speaking of realizing things on re-watches, something I JUST realized while watching the new episodes was that Sir Pentious's name is a pun on 'serpent'. Realizing details upon rewatches is usually cool, but I'm a bit ashamed I never caught that one XD

Actually, it _is_ Blitzø. Vivzie hadn't finalised his design yet. I like to think that 666 is the TV channel he ran his IMP ad on for three hours (as mentioned in the Helluva Boss pilot), and he was here at the studio this day making the final arrangements for its airing.
If you watch the studio crowd carefully during and after Charlie's musical number, you'll also spot what is most likely the prototype for Loona, and the silhouette of an unapproving Moxxie in the "booing section". The dapper owl demons she hugs at the beginning of her number, with their top hats and double pairs of eyes, were also clearly the basis for Stolas.
Angel has 6 arms but hides two away I guess for animation reasons, but he’s a jumping spider so he has 8 limbs in total, including his legs.
I am not sure if you've realized this but Alastor's song "inside every demon is a lost cause" is a parody on Charlie's song "inside of a demon is a rainbow" - it has the same melody as well.
Alastor (the radio demon) is my favourite character. He's so chaotic and menacing.
That is Blitzo, he looks different because it's an early design.
To clarify: there are 2 types of being in hell, demons such as the 7 sins, incubi and imps. And Sinners who are former humans and are ruled by the Overlords but are stuck in the pride ring

There's 2 types of people who live in hell
1. Hell-borns, they were born in hell: aka pretty much all of the characters in helluva boss, like Luna blitz stolas etc.. and in hazbin hotel there's Charlie
2. Sinners, they were once humans and got sent to hell: most characters in hazbin hotel are sinners
After all this time, I’ve never heard anyone mention that argument of why Alastor would be a good choice as an investor (as in how you don’t need to stress about succeeding.) When you put it like that, it does sound good, if you take away the possibility of him sabotaging your plan from the inside, that is.
You are fortunate to have not had to wait years between this pilot and the show. The anticipation has been excruciating for many.
So there's a lot and I'll try to explain it all but in my ordered format.
There are 2 main groups the Sinners and hellborn, the hellborn are obvious and the Sinners are dead humans.
-The Sinners have power, are immortal except from angelic weaponry, infertile, and cannot leave the Pride ring.
Sinners are the focus of Hazbin hotel's story and in the pilot all talking characters except Charlie and the eggs (robots) are Sinners but there are background hellborn around.
-The hellborn are species that include hellhounds, Imps, succubus, Goetia (Stolas), the 7 Sins, Charlie, and more.
They're all capable of reproduction well the Goetia, 7 Sins, and Charlie are immortal and powerful like the Sinners but the rest can die by normal means even growing old.
*The hellborn do not deserve hell* and they must deal with the hand they were dealt and include Blitz, Loona, Charlie, the 7 Sins, etc, Helluva boss mostly focuses on the crew and other hellborn with very few Sinners except the clients.
Hell's hierarchy
-Lucifer fallen angel and king of hell, then Lilith the first woman and his wife, and then Charlie their half angel daughter.
-The 7 Sins, Lucifer counts as one of them.
-The Ars Goetia, the Royals are a species with their own kings, dukes, princes, ect.
-Overlords, are powerful Sinners or those in control of an industry or location.
-Sinners
-Hellborn
-Imps and hounds are also hellborn but are at the bottom.
-Hell is split into 7 rings for the 7 Sins, Pride, Wrath, Gluttony, Greed, Lust, Envy, and Sloth, they each have a unique color and sky (Greed's green was shown in EP2 in Helluva boss).
-Pride also has the 9 circles which are circles within circles with Pentagram city (the one shown) being the center with IMP's headquarters on the second (or third?).

Moxxie and Blitz were going to be characters of this show but we're cut due to there being already too many, well Loona and Millie were created from scratch for Helluva Boss with Loona's design getting inspiration from the white hound.

12:41 The 2 little helper demons on the piano are actually Charlie's bodyguards named Razzle and Dazzle.
14:00 Zestial can be seen again here.
19:45 Oblivion, when a demon is killed (Sinners and Royals need angelic weaponry) their power dissipates corrupting the surrounding area with things like eyes but they cease to be as a person.

YES! With both shows, Hazbin Hotel & Helluva Boss, you need to watch several times. Esp. with HB' season 1. There's a lot put in there and many miss.
For instance, rewatch this and you'll see the pictures around the Hotel lobby. There are several, what looks like concert posters of a woman titled "Lilith". Alastor checks out some of the photos, one is a group photo with Charlie in it, with Lucifer and Lilith, Charlie's mother.
Oh yeah you're gonna like this whole ordeal. This pilot was Vivienne Medranos first ever big project, straight outta art school, it took her 3 whole years to put together! Also fun fact but Helluva Boss is of course a spinoff of Hazbin Hotel. All the Helluva Boss characters were originally intended for Hazbin Hotel, but the cast simply got too large so Vivienne decided to split it in 2, with a small second pilot to see how the side characters would work. And that of course became the Helluva Boss pilot. Helluva Boss would never have happened were it not for Hazbin Hotel.
And heck Hazbin hotel would never have happened if it weren't for Viv's previous work. Most of the characters were made for an entirely separate webcomic Vivienne was creating but the cast for that simply got too large so all the ones from Hell got split off into this. And Hazbin Hotel would've likely not reached its current status were it not for one video Viv made back in the day. A fan animated music video to a Kesha song that went viral and gave her the confidence to try and pursue making a Hazbin Hotel animation. The Fan music video is no longer available on youtube thanks to crappy record labels, but everything just snowballed from there!
Just goes to show how the tiniest things can have a huge effect. From a small webcomic and fan animated music video, to patreon support, to making a 30 minute long pilot, to a trail blazing spinoff on going indie show, to now one of the biggest TV shows on one of the world's most prominent streaming services!

So I don't know if this has been pointed out yet but a lot of the Helluva Boss characters were brought over from this pilot. Like at at 1:31 you have the Silhouettes of Cash Buckzo and Blitzøs at 11:14 you have Blitzø. 12:01 a very simple form of Fizzarolli 13:01 the basic idea of Loona. And of course at 14:31 the shadow silhouette of Moxie you can't mistake his horn shape. And since both shows take place in the same Helliverse I'm pretty sure more characters have been carried over as background characters
Blitz, Moxxie, Millie, Loona, Stolas and his daughter Octavia were all born in hell(you even see her as a kid in episode 2 of helluva boss)

You really should check out "Addict". It's on her channel as well. It was a fan song like "look my way" and got a music video. It gives more depth to Angel Dust and episode will hit much more, if you seen it before. But if you watch the show before, the song will hit much more xD either way, you'll enjoy it ^^

Charlie is the daughter of Lucifer. Satan is a different demon in the Hellaverse and is mentioned separately in Helluva Boss :)

The imps are born in Hell, as are the members of the Ars Goetia. The only residents of Hell that weren't born in Hell are the Sinners/Overlords, Lucifer, and Lilith. (and one other, but that's a spoiler)

Offically there are two types of demons are sorted into= Sinners and Hellborn. Sinners are the afterlife of humans who failed to get into Heaven. There are several races of Hellborn, though they are shown more in Helluva Boss.
Sinners seem to have quirks that relate to the era they were alive.
Alastor- died in 1920/30s and was a radio personality. He hates the more modern tech, esp. television
Angel Dust- died in 1940s, which is why he was so amused by the auto window in the Limo
Charlie is a Princess of Hell, so her dad is Devil, Lucifer
Never noticed that in the 'Happy Hotel' song you can see Luna in the background. She hugs Mimsy, too! Sure, maybe they're just reused designs, but it would make sense for them to be around, right?

3:41 probably the single biggest character change: those are Camilla Carmine’s daughters Clara and Odette. And while Odette looks the same Clara in the series is dark skinned and has an Afro and a crop top in her default outfit.
Camilla herself has her hair up in horns and lacks the giant claws seen in the pilot when she opens the windows.
YO Just to clarify for you, you were close, but she's NOT the daughter of Satan, she's the Daughter of Lucifer, Satan is actually a Major sin like Asmodeus and Mammon and Beelzebub, and another character in the universe and a separate entity from Lucifer
A key difference between Helluva and Hazbin is HBs entire cast are native demon species of hell. Imps, hellhounds, and the Goetia were all born in hell. Hazbin's cast is mostly Sinners, who are the former humans. Charlie is the only main character who is hellborn. Hazbin has themes of redemption and bettering oneself and the relations between the demons and the angels while Helluva Boss explores Hell itself and the class system.

Glad you watched. Charlie annoys w/ the Pollyanna but it works for me but HelluvaBoss is still my front runner. Alistair is my demon dude. Always loved radio programs and he is as sparky as Blitzie.
Charlie is the daughter of Lucifer, not the daughter of Satan, as those two are apparently not one and the same in this universe, I believe Satan is the ruler of the Wrath ring while Lucifer is the ruler of the Pride ring, which is where all the souls of sinners (former humans) reside and Hazbin Hotel takes place
To explain: Hell in this universe is made up of seven "rings", each named after a deadly sin: Pride, Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Envy, Wrath and Sloth and each of these rings has a hell-born demon ruler who embodies their respective sin (for example: Lucifer for Pride, Satan for Wrath, Asmodeus for Lust, etc). Sinners (demons who used to be humans before dying) can't leave the Pride ring from what I heard, whereas hell-born demons like the Sins, Imps, Hellhounds, Succubi/Incubi can travel freely between the rings
In Helluva Boss pretty much every main character is a hell-born demon (Blitzo, Moxxie, Millie, Loona, Stolas are all hell-born) while I.M.P's clients are generally Sinners, but in Hazbin Hotel only Charlie is a hell-born demon while Alastor, Angel Dust, Vaggie, Husk and Niffty are all sinners

If you haven't watch "Attict". It's connected to this pilot with just Angle Dust and Cherri Bomb singing. Just know that when you do watch it, it will have awsome music but troubling senes.

Blitz, Moxxie, and Millie are imps and Loona is a hellhound, which are both the lowest status of demon in hell. Other hellborn demons (like Verosika who is a succubus) are slightly above imps and hellhounds in the power scale, then it's the sinners who were not born in hell (like Angel Dust and I.M.P's clients), overlords (like Alastor) who are also sinners but more powerful and own souls, the Ars Goetia (like Stolas), the 7 deadly sins, Charlie and Lilith, and finally Lucifer at the top of the power scale. Additionally, sinners are bound to the pride ring and can't leave, but the hellborn can traverse any ring even if they were born in a different one. Sorry this is long I just love infodumping about the way this universe works lol

I see people suggesting watching/listening to 'Addict' for more Angel background, but his most recent song, 'Poison', is a good one to go with too. Though it gives more material when you watch the series (it's in it).
Yeah, there are a few things to note about how Hell works in this universe.
Firstly there are two major types of demons. The first are Sinners, who are humans who have been damned to Hell after death. When they arrive in Hell they gain a demonic form that usually reflects how they died and is designed to make them hate how they look. Alastor is a notable example, seeing how his demon form is that of a deer, referencing how he died in a deer hunting related accident. Sinners cannot reproduce, are confined to the Pride Ring of Hell and are biologically immortal. The only way they can be killed is through the use of blessed weapons, which angels use during the Extermination, explaining why Hell is so overcrowded.
The second type of Demons are Hellborn, which are exactly what they sound like. These are demons that were born in Hell. They vary a lot depending on how high up the hierarchy they are, but the lower classes are able to be killed with regular weaponry, whilst royals need the blessed weapons described before. Charlie is the only Hellborn in the main cast of Hazbin, but the sister series, Helluva Boss focuses a lot more on how the lower and upper classes of Hellborn live in this world.
The Hierarchy of Hell basically works like this, from highest to lowest:
1. Lucifer. A fallen Angel. The King of Hell and the Sin of Pride.
2. Lilith. The First Woman and Lucifer’s wife. The Queen of Hell
3. Charlie Morningstar. Their daughter. A smol bean.
4. The remaining Six Members of The Seven Deadly Sins. Asmodeus. Satan. Leviathan. Mammon. Beelzebub. Belphegor. They each run a ring of Hell, kinda like Dante’s Inferno.
5. The Ars Goetia. A collection of 72 noble Demon families with very strong magic and rigid sensibilities.
6. Overlords. Powerful demons who have come into being by providing necessary advancements to Hell. Alastor is the Overlord of Radio, because he brought the idea of radio with him to Hell when he died.
7. Sinners. Described above.
8. Hellborn demons.
9. Imps and Hellhounds. The lowest of the low. Often working class or even slaves.

One friendly suggestion: your voice volume competes with the show a bit; it might be a good idea to look into adding a volume reducer (compressor with1:1 ratio and negative gain) on the episode audio with your mic set as a sidechain. That is, when you're talking, the volume of the show is automatically reduced a bit so it's easier to hear what you're saying. If you're using OBS, there are tutorials online of how to do that. It really helps improve the quality of content.
