I love how Rooster Teeth has gone full circle, starting with a few guys playing video games drunk, growing, and now coming back to a few NEW guys playing video games drunk.
Thanks very much, that's from where I remember it. Thought it was a racing game, but a car chase scene is pretty close. The song is Southern Sun/Ready Steady Go by Paul Oakenfold by the way.
XxBeatlesAreTheBest that is actually incorrect.. the mono- prefix is required considering the dinitrogen. If you were using nitrous then it would be acceptable to use oxide.
Actually, it's not a fail. N2O is used both as an anesthetic and as an oxidizing agent for internal combustion engines. This is why the N2O used for cars has a small amount of SO2 added to it to prevent recreational use (SO2 is toxic and has a foul smell). NO2 is a pollutant that forms when atmospheric nitrogen reacts with oxygen during combustion. In fact, catalytic converters are specifically designed to reduce NO2 emissions.
Nitrous oxide, commonly known as laughing gas, is a chemical compound with the formula N2O. It is used in surgery and dentistry for its anaesthetic and analgesic effects. It is known as "laughing gas" due to the euphoric effects of inhaling it. It is also used as an oxidizer in rocketry and in motor racing to increase the power output of engines. At elevated temperatures, nitrous oxide is a powerful oxidizer similar to molecular oxygen.
I still love how, ensemble Let's Plays, it's all "Gavin you're so stupid", but as soon as you isolate Geoff and Gavin, it becomes two dumbs stumbling about a Let's Play or Let's Build.
Some British car companies: Jaguar, Bentley, Aston Martin, Vauxhall, Lotus, Rover, McLaren, Austin, Rolls-Royce, MG, Mini. This doesn't include pure racing groups or smaller manufacturers like Ascari.
NOT a rocket (does not relinquish mass to thrust). Nor is a spark requisite. In fact, N2O is an inert gas so a spark does nothing (needs a lightning strike). It decompresses and decomposes into nitrogen and oxygen molecules in gaseous form, contributing higher oxygen concentration than atmospheric air (33% vs ~21%). The increased oxygen facilitates combustion in the engine and allows the vehicle to burn more fuel.
So, are the guys releasing all the old let's plays they recorded a while ago, but couldn't find any point to release? This was recorded before the Forza let's play and that was ages ago. I like it. Loads of extra lets plays.
This is what rooster teeth original started as. A small site called "drunk gamers", where a few people would get drunk and play games, but it never really worked that well, so this is probably why they haven't gone back and made another series like that
Nitrous Oxide (N20) is laughing gas and is used in rocketry because it's a non flammable gas and has a higher concentration of oxygen than the air in our atmosphere. Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2) is a brown toxic gas largely considered a pollutant and is a byproduct of engines.
There should be a new series with two of the AH crew get really drunk and play a random (possibly terrible) game for an hour. Maybe with Gavin in all the time as he comes across as the most alcoholic haha. It's just after this and the drunk full play episode with Michael and Gavin, it seems like a really good idea. Call it Let's Bev.
The part where they drag the giant safe box through the road with the cars... thats in puerto rico and the real movie scene was also filmed in puerto rico... shout out to ray from puerto rico ;)
You assumed correctly. I am in tenth grade, and I am self-taught (although, it's for Japanese and music at the moment). But I am also attending classes at a college nearby in my city.
I never said it was a rocket, and the word "spark" was not meant to be taken literally. I simply meant that there was a source which ignites the substance. I also mentioned that it is condensed into a liquid, which is then ignited. Although I agree that in a gaseous state, lightning would be required.
They should do a "Retro Let's Play" thing, where they play games on older consoles somehow, like the Game Cube, N64, or Sega Genesis :D that would be hilarious haha
Jaguar is owned by Tata Motors (an Indian car company) and hasn't been owned by Ford since 2008. Gavin also forgot about the most British of car manufacturers, Morgan.
that, and it was the name of the apocalypse protocol they made to blow up achievement city. probably named so for that reason initially however. then again, it may have just been named for Gavin, who was notorious for destroying things at the time.
No major British car manufacturers are left, only the 'shed' ones; Ariel, Caparo, Morgan, and Noble. You will be hard-pressed to find many more than those.
Jaguar and Land Rover haven't been owned by Ford for years. They're owned by Tata, an Indian company, although they are still British based companies. As for British car companies still running, there's loads of small sports car companies as well as the obvious ones like Aston Martin, Morgan and McLaren.
I've just checked my inbox to discover a large number of people didn't catch I was trying to make a joke. That's just one of the hazards of the internet, so I guess I'll call 'my bad' on this one.
It's a shame this didn't get more views, this was one of my favourite let's plays.
This is one of those I watch when I need a feel good video.
RIP Paul Walker
I am watching their old videos again after their shutdown and this is the first time I am watching this video lol.
If they're in London, why are they driving on the right?
I love how Rooster Teeth has gone full circle, starting with a few guys playing video games drunk, growing, and now coming back to a few NEW guys playing video games drunk.
13 minutes into the game: Dude we'll beat this in 8 minutes
i think the best let's plays are when geoff and gavin are just having a good time together. plus we hear geoff's laugh a lot more thats always a plus
The origins of the d box family
bro u fuck with d box
BTW, Drafting is actually a thing. It's when you drive directly behind the car ahead so the wind doesn't slow you down so you can pick up speed.
That random Inbetweeners reference, though.
There are so many Let's Play. Thank you AH.
Part 2?
Thanks very much, that's from where I remember it. Thought it was a racing game, but a car chase scene is pretty close. The song is Southern Sun/Ready Steady Go by Paul Oakenfold by the way.
So no part 2 then ?
I love the uploading schedule they have now. I basically will never have a moment where there's a video I have not watched.
If you ain't or of control, you ain't in control!
"We're gonna beat this game in 8 minutes" said at 12:44
Still love ya Geoff
If anyone ever reads this. You’re my soulmate.
9:40 Geoff: "Okay, I got the right."
*immediately drifts all the way left.*
Paul Walker.
He's fucken dead.
YOU DON'T SAY O3O
was he too fast? or too furious?
don't be an ass about it
Wow I totally just binged on all these movies this past weekend. This is awesome.
Dinitrogen monoxide.
*dinitrogen oxide
XxBeatlesAreTheBest that is actually incorrect.. the mono- prefix is required considering the dinitrogen. If you were using nitrous then it would be acceptable to use oxide.
Meg Freeman I can't find it anywhere as dinitrogen monoxide, though.
It's actually 1 nitrogen and 2 oxygen. No subscripts
Can you guess what dihydrogen monoxide is?
Roosterteeth:
Thanks for working your asses off to provide us with a new video every day, and then some.
Sincerely,
Russell
geoff and gav have such good conversations, love their vids together!
I can't believe I spent 42 minutes of my life watching that
It's hilarious to see the awful driving from G&G. Lol you guys still rock. Keep up the great work!
i love how Geoff asked Gavin is there any British car companies, expecting him to say no. haha!
Actually, it's not a fail. N2O is used both as an anesthetic and as an oxidizing agent for internal combustion engines. One of the funniest let's plays done to date.
Totally forgot about this LP. One of the best.
If anyone hasn't said it enough, Geoff's laugh cures cancer, protects all puppies from harm, and creates world peace.
this lets play is just so relaxing
Nitrogen dioxide is NO2, which is not what is used to increase the power output in cars. What is actually used is dinitrogen monoxide (N20).
Gavin: Puts racing stripes on his car, suddenly a lot faster than Geoff
geoff's laugh is the cure for cancer we must fund this
Every time a new Fast and Furious movie comes out I come back and watch this lol
at 13:30 the tune he was trying to do sounded like ready steady go, by paul oakenford that i remember from collateral
Oh my God! Dude, that is the comeback to end all comebacks! It's a shame I'm already dead on the inside!
this really does remind me of Die Hard for the PS1, thanks for bringing that up, Gavin. Now I gotta go get my Playstation.
After seeing Dan play this. I knew this Let's Play would be awesome
There should be a lets play series in which Geoff and Gavin play horrible games that have co-op. That would be hilarious.
11:53 When you realize Millie is next to them :P
Am I the only one who yelled "MADE WHAT!?" at 38:23 perfectly in sinc with the text? lol
2:52 Geoff:I guess we should just hit the cops GAIMZ:No not just the police everyone. I want chaos.
-Hijack the Tanker- "What are we doin'?!" -Protect the cargo- "WHAT ARE WE MEANT TO DO?!" -_-
Gavin and Geoff probably have the best chemistry in Achievement Hunter.
Condense it into a liquid state, then ad a spark. The focused energy from the combustion propels the car forward like a down-scaled rocket.
I still love how, ensemble Let's Plays, it's all "Gavin you're so stupid", but as soon as you isolate Geoff and Gavin, it becomes two dumbs stumbling about a Let's Play or Let's Build.
Don't forget Dodge: "Grab life by the horns" or "never neutral" or my personal favorite" Guts. Glory. Ram." Lol.
As I was watching this, two cars crashed outside of my window. Fate was changed this day by this video.
can't wait for part 2 omfg
Oh god. Letsplays are like the kiss of death it seems.
Your picture makes it so much better.
Some British car companies: Jaguar, Bentley, Aston Martin, Vauxhall, Lotus, Rover, McLaren, Austin, Rolls-Royce, MG, Mini.
This doesn't include pure racing groups or smaller manufacturers like Ascari.
if anyone hasn't said it enough, Geoff's laugh is so amazing
10:04 "I'm gettin' mullered..." A-HA!! Michael was right! There's no "Absolutely" there, Gavino! :P

Easily the best lets play vid ever...

I like it. Loads of extra lets plays.
Geoff: We're gonna beat this game in 8 minutes.
*looks down at video length*
This is what rooster teeth original started as. A small site called "drunk gamers", where a few people would get drunk and play games, but it never really worked that well, so this is probably why they haven't gone back and made another series like that
When Geoff told Millie it was Brazil I was like "awww! Millie's there! She should totally be in a video!"

They had ONE SECOND LEFT, and Goeff wrecks his car. Funniest thing that happened on whatever day they filmed this
You assumed correctly. I am in tenth grade, and I am self-taught (although, it's for Japanese and music at the moment). But I am also attending classes at a college nearby in my city.
Thing is,they're usually buzzed all the time in Let's Plays.
I never said it was a rocket, and the word "spark" was not meant to be taken literally. I simply meant that there was a source which ignites the substance. I also mentioned that it is condensed into a liquid, which is then ignited. Although I agree that in a gaseous state, lightning would be required.

yep there are many mentions of it, the most extensive of which is probably in burnie and gavs halo 4 lets play.
10:08 - Gavin says 'mullered' instead of 'absolutely mullered'.
Geoffs laugh is amazing
The pidgeon was cleaned out of the headlight with Gavin's Pat-tented Headlight Fluid. 22:00
Most alcoholic? That is Geoff...
He drinks whiskey during the lets plays all the time.
Jaguar is owned by Tata Motors (an Indian car company) and hasn't been owned by Ford since 2008. Gavin also forgot about the most British of car manufacturers, Morgan.
yep- Geoff is in the top 5 of my favorite web personalities.
The fact that Gavin forgot Lotus, and Land Rover is slightly upsetting considering he knew what a Reliant Robin was.
Man, still waiting for that Monday Let's Play.
that, and it was the name of the apocalypse protocol they made to blow up achievement city. probably named so for that reason initially however. then again, it may have just been named for Gavin, who was notorious for destroying things at the time.
"This is London!" *all the traffic driving on the right*
Gavin
Why
Video starts with Geoff giggling. Yup. Gonna be a good one.
13:30 LOL Gavin humming music from the Mini chase scene in The Bourne Identity?
No major British car manufacturers are left, only the 'shed' ones; Ariel, Caparo, Morgan, and Noble.
You will be hard-pressed to find many more than those.
might pick this up for the fun of it.
Gavin said in a Full Play that it's "absolutely mullered" and not just "mullered"
how have i never seen this video, heard it referenced, or even had it recommended to me on youtube before
this video was uploaded yesterday give them some time it usually doesn't come out till late anyway
That pigeon that Gavin hit with his car is better off than if Ryan got his hands on it.
Jaguar and Land Rover haven't been owned by Ford for years. They're owned by Tata, an Indian company, although they are still British based companies. As for British car companies still running, there's loads of small sports car companies as well as the obvious ones like Aston Martin, Morgan and McLaren.
It plays during the car chase in the Bourne Identity, thats probably where you know it from.
then tag team racing afterwards, that was cool too
You forgot supplies food curing world hunger and clean water for everyone
10:05 Gavin admits to saying "mullered" WITHOUT the "absolute" before it.
I've just checked my inbox to discover a large number of people didn't catch I was trying to make a joke. That's just one of the hazards of the internet, so I guess I'll call 'my bad' on this one.
I wonder if the driving instructor needed to add some headlight fluid after the pigeon hit the front of the car.
2 Fast 2 Furious was amazing. They should definitely watch it.
Best lets play eva
