My son 5 years. Same problem, I suspect that his adenoids enlarge as a allergic reaction to either two of things (cocoa or maltodextrine). Both are present in bournvita/horlicks etc. Check ingredients. see if stoping these in dite, improve the condition. Chocolates also. Chocolate syrup etc too. Identify the allergic trigger.
