My reaction to this glitch has been one of awe lol. I’m not going to spend hours getting this glitch to work when I have others in LFG that already have. If there’s any time to farm encounters, nows definitely it.
All of these glitched weapons have been ridiculous, me and my friends made the most of it through some master raiding and completing some dumb hard challenges. It's all been pretty hilarious, glad bungie let us have a little fun and don't plan on a rollback.
Genuinely enjoyed watching your tracking and aim. Felt like I was having flashbacks to Pre patch Frontal assault titan in whisper thrall farm. Sat there for weeks just feeling like a PC player with no bloom and falloff to aim. Love you feeler🖖
Explosive light gives your weapon 100 blast radius. Since guns have no way of dealing splash damage, there is no way to proc explosive light on a bullet gun.
This machine gun has it on its own in the left column, the season of the haunted autorifle and the season of the haunted scout rifle have it in the right column.
The fact that you have a literal death ray in your back pocket and you still need to pop a Well when you’re outnumbered is a really interesting demonstration of what makes Destiny feel so good. Enemies are dangerous but fragile, so it still feels substantial when you take them out even though it’s easy to put a Hand Cannon round in a Dreg’s face. Let that comparative strength get to your head though, and they reveal just how fragile you are too. That dynamic of having to hold back even though you know just how powerful your character is makes it feel like your power is limitless - you’re as strong as you imagine yourself to be, and holy shit do you have solid proof of how powerful you are. Really psychs you up for all the fights you get into.
It took a game destroying bug to make me feel as powerful as my d1 gaurdian at level 29 relative to almost 2000 now honestly I'd keep this in till the end of the season just disable craftable weapons in pvp and say it's a testament to the sword logic lol
Can actually do better using retrofit escapade, Mulligan, Killing tally and aggressive fram shiotgun and Gyrfalcons to basically have infinite ammo and also volatile uptime 100%
