Props to Usman. 95% of the entire MW MMA universe would have gotten choked out in that first round. Usman not only survived he came back and won the second round. Usman still is relevant and he continues to deserve high profile fights on big cards. As for Chimaev, there couldn't be a more obviously favorable match up for him than Strickland. Strickland literally has no chance.
To be fair Stricklands grappling ,TDD, and ground game are underrated because he never gets to showcase it, but he's not just a slouch, he's a very well rounded fighter. I'm the biggest Borz fan but also a fan of Strickland, that fight is going to be a war, Strickland might grind him out and beat his ass in later rounds if he survives the first 2 rounds.

@Tristan2154 the Burns fight was not an indicator of his gas tank, but of his energy management. I don't think there's a natural fighter on the planet that wouldn't have gassed going with that pace. Even Burns was gassed. Heck, even this fight doesn't truly show if he has cardio problems since he supposedly broke his hand at the end of the first round. His cardio definitely looks like an issue, but I haven't seen enough to fully confirm that.
