    I’m mad late but this is gold !!
    Guy in the drills was decent just needed to focus on quality/ details instead of just reps bc that’s how you build bad habits he was turning his wrists , not approaching it as if he’s an attacking live opponent, focused on angles , not selling your position too much , space & just overall ball control , body weight/ gear shifts , ball speed / bounce variation, proper body position transitioning into shot/attack or being in proper position to keep ball in play specially with ur ( hang dribbles , split steps , etc

    Dunno what I'm doing wrong with drill at 19:40 . I'm using power hands glovss but that's not it I don't think. Maybe the cone is top far ahead?
    It's like I can't physically go behind the back unless I bring the back leg forward with the other leg. Or I have to dribble under the leg i step with . maybe I'm not hanging it long enough?
    Keeping the bag leg there for behind the back drive cone touch is giving me most problem out of everything

    5'11'' is not undersized at the D1 level. there are over 300 D1 schools lol. smh.

      @@Mikeyyo1x definitely isnt. the top programs have huge players sure. but there are a ton of players at 5'11/6'0.
