    I'm a varsity girls basketball coach and your shot blocking comments are PERFECT. I've really never known how to express it and teach it. Thanks Coach! That was terrific explanation on blocked shots. Really, seriously great video.

      there are no set skills in basketball, its just a matter of how familiar you are with the ball, to manipulate it in any way you/your mind wants it to do.
      These drills, workouts, moves, tips, and etc, are just ways to get yourself more familiar with it to manipulate it in any read and react situations.
      The more wider variety of things or the more familiar you are with the ball, the more successful you can be in what you can do and want to do
