Trichotillomania is when you impulsively pick your hair in whatever place in your body due to overwhelming and intense emotions such as anxiety, depression etc. I am not an expert but I do the same thing when anxious with my eyebrows as well ...It feels insane to me that there is someone who actually confessed because for many people it's extremely hard especially when you are an influencer and many people are watching you... You are brave 💋
