What a thrill to come across this. Wow!!!! You all have my admiration. So much hard work went into that performance. Amazing.
Watching this 2021, this is a brilliant rendition of this song. It's got great energy, reminds me of the Yes induction into the RRHOF,(much too late), when Geddy Lee humbly honoured the memory of Chris Squire by standing in for that amazing Master of Bass. Both of those bringers of thunder are the reason I started to play bass, and of course I just had to get a Ricky. Thank you Southern Empire for keeping these memories alive.

I just discovered this band and was absolutely blown away with this cover of Yes. The rest of their originals are so good that I downloaded everything they have recorded but I stayed away from some their collaborations with some Rap artists, it sucks. But trust me listen to their original gems, absolutely the best prog band to come along since Marillion. The bridge that binds is especially great.

They're releasing their long awaited third album in a few months. Unfortunately Lopresto has stepped out, so there's a new lead singer on the new album.
Very nicely done. You might like to follow the lead of groups like Transatlantic, and add covers of a few notable songs as a second-CD to your next studio CD. "limited edition", or something like that.
? It's a cover of a Yes song. Yes invented this type of sound. Dream Theater is inspired by Yes, but generally sounds like a metal band these days. This sounds like Yes, not like Dream Theater. It only sounds like DT if you know very few prog acts, but even for people with limited knowledge, I don't really understand how this would make anyone think of Dream Theater...
