I wanna know 1 thing that is at economizer inlet,the temperature of flue gas is 430°C to 450°C.It means that at inlet of economizer,the temperature is higher than the ignition temperature of FC, Hydrozen and sulphur.It means that ki complete combustion to economizer ke inlet pe hi ho jaaega due to more temperature at economizer inlet.So,why we can't install Oxyzen analyzer at economizer inlet?

CBD ka pipe boiler capacity se sirf 5% blow down kar sake ayese designed kiya jata hai....
And IBD jo hai TDS and BMCR par designed kiya jata hai eske liye.. Jaise aapka boiler 10 kg/cm² par steam generate krta hai to 1" ke pipe se 480 kg water relig krta hai... Esliye pahale aapko blow down percentage nikalna pdega fir pipe diameter and blow down time kitna hona chahiye o nikal skte hai
Oxygen percentage ketna hona chahiye
Sab fuel ke liye alag alag hota hai dost,,, ldo ke liye 4-5%
Cog + BFG ke liye 3%
Pcm ke liye 5%
Coal ke liye 5-6%
Sir o2 ziyda or o2 kaamho Jai to kaykari ge
Fd and wind Box pressure maintan karo ho jayega
