hi, jimmy ,Chris and Lucy n all the Lucy family. it has been very enjoyable to send your videos to my mom in Fla. we are native Maine 'rs. I live on a historic old farm cir.1740 in Maryland in a rural area. I've have 3 family groups of deer on the farm and i just started putting out corn for this winter and at the beginning of hunting season after i caught 2 bow hunters in portable tree stands hunting in our back yard. before that i had a 10 pt. buck that used to bed down outside my bedroom window 25 feet in the old fence row brush, then i found him least year not to far in the woods dead with his horns cut off at the base neatly. now i have posted and marked the boundary started using 4 cell game cameras for surveillance and they work great with the a good battery pack set up. now that i have the property game security plan working the family closest to the house i have been feeding and talking to them and getting acquainted with them as we had twins and a single fawn as we lost a few deer from hunters and getn hit by cars crossing the road. so I've been planting food plots and feeding them more. every evening walk i take a bucket of corn n throw it out along the way, and have come to meet all 3 family groups most evenings along with others that have learned about uncle jims candy corn , topped with Big Js long rang deer attractant candy top for a small corn pile i put back in the woods at the end of my path by my lawn chair chill spot. it has become a regular thing now for the last 2 months or so since hunting season started . and i just found your videos 4 days ago and they have touched our hearts for sure as I used to be big on bow hunting myself but there is something special about being friends with wild animals. Haven’t checked in for a while but wanted to say hello! Have you guys ever watched the live camera feed here on TH-cam of the deer in Maine? Brownsville Food Pantry for Deer. Near as I can tell it’s an old guy that feeds them. They have different views but all live view and they fill the troughs everyday in a UTV with oats, blocks, acorns and sliced apples in front of the cameras. The snow is beautiful. I’m addicted it’s so peaceful to leave on all day. Waaaaaay better than the news and media. God Bless you Jimmy and Chris. Love you too!
Also stayed up at Big Cedar last week and we all ran up to the WOW Wonder of Wildlife Aquarium. I loved your and Chris’s display there! Proud of it! My family ran over to tell me about it first when they saw because they know I adore y’all and talk about your TH-cam channels all the time. We had a baby calf (few months old) that broke it's leg right above what we would call our ankle. We don't know how but it might have been stepped on. We put it in the lot. Fed and watered it plus gave it antibiotics. We were afraid we'd have to put it down but amazingly it healed up nice and can walk now. We did try to keep it wrapped some but that was a chore. Amazing how some animals do heal. God is good.
That Lucy loves her boss Jimmy just like Jimmy loves his boss Chris! LOL! Say a prayer for me, I took a hard fall today. Nothing broken, just a little banged up. Praying for yall as always! God bless yall!

You and my husband are just a like with your low carb diets and love for grapes. He freezes his and eats them like tiny popsicles. Does slow him down a bit so he doesn’t eat too many. 😉

I am near Huntsville and we started feeding the deer regularly this past fall in hopes of seeing more deer hanging out in our yard. We get SFDF from our local coop. It has attracted so many other animals too and we're going through so much of it. We have had some bad winter weather come through so we've been keeping a lot more out and replenishing it every other day. I wish our deer would trust us more, but they just stay at the edge of the lot by the feeder and run if there is any movement. I wish they'd all hang out in our yard so that no one will shoot them.
They will get to trusting you more as time goes by! Try feeding some out of a bucket and let them walk up to you. They like that better than you walking up to them, it seems. What is SFDF? Thanks. Go’s Bless! jimmy
I keep a feeder in my back yard but the deer only come to it late after dark this winter. Back in the fall, I had several does visiting during early evening while it was still light out. I love watching them but they are shy and run at the least noise.

I used to hunt deer only older bucks but the wife got breast cancer and she's cancer free now after double mastectomy and a few other surgeries and I gave it up because her health was my priority. We married right out of high school in 1996. Almost 25 yrs now. We both love the channel and its awesome that yall can open the door and see them there everyday. Absolutely wonderful and God bless you. Videos are something for us to look forward to.

I used to hunt deer only older bucks but the wife got breast cancer and she's cancer free now after double mastectomy and a few other surgeries and I gave it up because her health was my priority. We married right out of high school in 1996. Almost 25 yrs now. We both love the channel and its awesome that yall can open the door and see them there everyday. Absolutely wonderful and God bless you. Videos are something for us to look forward to.
