(Seems pretty low compared to others) From my experience in the Lake Ida area the Bluegill spawn in late March to early May depending on water temperatures.. Best spawning times are around the full moons. Next time you come to S. Florida be sure to keep several of those Mayan Cichlids and Oscars for shark bait. That is all I use anymore for sharks, the sharks have no problems eating them, even if they sat in the freezer awhile. I'll actually fillet and eat the Oscars and just use the head for sharks.

If you're going to Sandusky bay again, carve out some time for Perch, Smallmouth, and if you're up for some trolling in the main lake, Walleye. Lake Erie is a world class fishery for all of the above.
Justin, I laughed about the stories of you getting your feet done. My wife is a nail technician and I absolutely love when she clips my nails, fingers and toes. She makes them shine and look great. She does get a little rough with them sometimes but I haven't had an ingrown toenail in many years lol

I love ultra light content. I regularly fish with a 5’ rod with a Pfluger president 20 reel and 2lb high vis line. It’s my absolute favorite way to fish!
Why does people fishing from the shore throw way out into the middle of the lake and the people in the boats throw close to the shore I never understand that concept
To cover water. If you’re on the bank and cast out into the channel, you still have the opportunity to work your bait along the shore as you reel it back in. And same goes for if you’re fishing the channels
Boats, kayak, float tubes, etc. Have the advantage of being able to get under the bank or brush that us shoreline fisherman are not able to. The trick of fishing the bank is to stay within the shadows of trees. Fish see movement as well as shapes casting shadows. If we're in the shadows, then our movement is more undetectable. I've learned this over the years of fishing. Hope this helps.
Yep! I’m still watching! I really like and appreciate your candid comments! 🍅🍅🍅 I made my tomato cages out of concrete mesh wire. Comes in a good size roll. 48” tall by ??’ long and the mesh is 5”x5”. I gave them a 30” diameter and 96” tall by tying 2 together with larger zip ties instead of wire. Less cutting of the skin when picking tomatoes 🍅. You may have to experiment to suit your needs. I also drove in 3 t-post per cage to keep it from falling over. 👍👉🍅🤠

2 things: You could get Miss Daphne a hard plastic Kiddie Pool for the Summer, and let her get used to being IN water on her own. She might enjoy the cool-off, and therefore may learn to tolerate baths. There's some kind of Pedicure (I don't know the name of it) you can get at a specialty spa where they use teeny-tiny little fish to eat all the dead-skin off your feet! You could look into that and avoid the Cheese Grater experience.😂😱
Man, there are good size bluegill over at Melton Hill, keep meaning to get up there one of these days. About your feet, I've got about 10 years on you and im gonna tell you, there is absolutely no shame in taking care of your feet and toe nails. The younger you start, the better. Dont ever listen to ANYONE that ribs you about taking care of yourself. My mother had an amputation and almost lost her life to an infection that started in a damn ingrown. You get bonus points for pampering yourself.

When I was in the service I used to get pedicures quite often. I still get them done a couple times a yr to this day. Nothing wrong with taking care of your most important means of transportation. You can keep your man card for now 😂😂😂
👋😃 I cut an old fence in sections and I use those every year for my tomato plants. Wire them into tall round cages and then put them over the plants when you plant them. I also use one fence post beside each cage and zip tie the cage to it so it doesn’t blow over in a storm. Once they’re made, it only takes 5 minutes for each plant next year. Just an idea.

You oughta go to Wolftever creek where it runs into to river and fish under the bridge and run up in the creek fishing with that little ultra light and a jig… You’d have a blast man, there’s always crappie under the bridge. Just fish around the pilings out in the middle. Just play around with the depth, count to 3 and then bring it back real slow leaving a little bow in your line… If that don’t work count to 4 and so on… Until you find the depth they’re at or take the kayak with the fish finder. Whichever you want to do… It’s fun when you catch a spotted bass or white bass though… I love fishing wolftever, there’s a boat ramp right next to the bridge too. You could go on out in the river, go out past Harrison bay state park boat ramp and fish along the rocks like you’re going towards the nuclear power plant. I guarantee you, you’d have a blast man… I love your channel. I’ve been watching for a long time… 🎣🇺🇸

My favorite videos are when you suspend troll along the main channel. So if you did both ultra light and catfishing it’s very doable and would be interesting. Just do what the spot gives you that fishing trip. You’ll know what’s best you catfish and see some great spots to use the ultralight in the area the next time out do that. Just my 2 cents
To clip line, I keep a fingernail clipper hanging around my neck on a lanyard. I suppose that might interfere with your camera spot. Perhaps you could keep the clipper hooked to the kayak somehow.

I was watching you try to cut that tiny line with pliers. Walmart sells a little black cutter that you can attach to your pants or PFD. Like $10-$15. But it's sharp and great for light lines. I've struggled just the same with those other cutters lol. Btw, I hope next time you get the hot chick!
Your man card is safe. There is nothing wrong with getting a pedicure. Even I have had several now. Being an army veteran and a volly firefighter and a truck driver taking care of your feet is a necessity.

Because people like to fishery where they aren't.
