Being Halloween time and all, It would be interesting to see them react to ‘213’ by Slayer from the Divine Intervention album To me, it’s one of their darkest and most underrated songs in their discography that gets overlooked a lot from reactions in general Love your channel guys!

I love Slayer! Saw them live and did a meet and greet with them prior to show. They are super cool and chill dudes. One of the best live shows, but being at front of pit was on another level of crazy.
I've only been Starstruck twice in my life. First was when I met Chuck Norris, and then years later when I felt the presence of Kerry King for the first time. Got to see them 5 times. And yes, those pits are on another level. 🤘🍻
This song is from the perspective of both killer and victim as the killer skins the victim. The voice saying “Let me out, please” is the victims plea to be let go but didn’t end that way. You guys also were talking about movies you are right about that was Ed Gein inspired and there is one other movie you got to add, The Silence of the Lambs. The character Buffalo Bill is based on Ed Gein because in the movie shows him making a suit out of the skin of his female victims. Sick! I vote your next Slayer song should be 213, the apartment number on Jeffrey Dahmer’s door and the sing is from the killers perspective and the horrors that went on behind that door. But whatever you choose to react to I will be looking forward to. Take care! - Gene A.
I like your guys' banter; I've heard this song possibly thousands of times since I was 13 but I'm bored and fluish in the early morning. Here for some banter.
Gein was also a grave robber as well as a murderer. He had human skin lamp shades, Human Skull Bowls and a belt made of female areola skin. He started out grave robbing but that only placated him for so long he soon moved onto killing but only had 2 confirmed kills but was suspected of 7 more.
There's several pictures of Ed Gein's....leather work...that can simply be googled. Creepy as hell but interesting to see all of the stuff he made and decorated him home with. Absolutely one of the craziest guys ever.
Also, Ed Gein only killed two people. A couple of ladies. And it was quick. Mostly he was digging up graves and cutting off skin and body parts to wear and/or make things out of. And he would put on his skin suits and dance. So this song is basically about him fantasizing about going through that process. As far as we know he never kidnapped, tortured or imprisoned anyone so that voice at the end is actually a bit out of place. It's creepy as fuck though.
Omfg can't believe yall did this, love this song! It's about Edward Gein. Yall might have been thinking about the Gein-inspired Mudvayne song, Nothing to Gein. It references wearing masks of dead skin. Third!
This song is about Ed Gein, the ghoul of Plainfield. In the 50's, He killed 3 women that closely resembled his over-bearing Lutheran mother, robbed numerous graves of similar women. He upholstered furniture with human skin, used a cranium as a bowl and wore the skin of the women whose graves he robbed, hoping to somehow bring back his mother, whom he both loved and hated. He never targeted children and the town had no idea he was so deranged until they found his last victim dressed out like a deer in his summer kitchen. He died in a metal heath facility in 1986
I haven't watch the whole vid yet. Ed Gein , Texas chain saw massacre , psycho , and silence of the lambs were all based off him exaggerations of course. Im in Texas and people are like, I've been to the house lol. Blind melon. Has a song called skinned. Bout ed gein. Happy Halloween guys!
My friend's dad came into contact with Gein while driving tractor/trailers, just before he was found out. He said when he saw his picture in the paper, his blood ran cold. He said he met him in 1956, at a gas station/truck stop. They had small talk and introduced themselves, and that was it. Still, my friend's dad said it haunted him that he could have stopped him sooner, if he had known.
Lots have said that, even Ted Bundy's neighbors. They all said he was the perfect neighbor and there was times after he killed a woman and came home he would help his elderly neighbor bring her groceries in.
One of my personal favorites from Slayer! Perfect time for Halloween season too as this songs main focus is Ed Gein who has influenced films such as Psycho, Texas Chainsaw Massacre and The Silence of the Lambs.
Ed Gain made belt of female nipples, lamp shades from skin and had some masks where he used the whole skin from the head (hair too). He is inspirator for the writers of Halloween (Michael wears dead skin mask), Texas Chainsaw massacre (that house in the movie is creapy like Ed´s house was), The Silent of the Lambs (Jame Gumb aka Buffalo Bill makes clothes from woman skin) and propably dozens of more horror movies.
