I remember first hearing this in my Auntie's Black Pontiac, must have been 4 or 5 yrs old in 1979-1980. The big 8 track cartridge. Looking at the cover, "The Commodores."
This describes my life so perfectly minus the getting the woman part- I've been so lonely since my divorce in 2010. I've dated different women and none fill the void in my heart. I have turned to material things, and that doesn't fill it either. I am 48 now and getting older. I am still waiting for that special lady that will love and caress me till my dying days.
