Thanks! It wasn’t too tough for me to learn because it’s largely the same as his moveset from remake, and I spent a ton of time there working on my no damage run without the instant limit accessory. Octaslash prime is pretty cool, had to show it off since it’s the only chance we have to use it really as far as I know🙂
@@KingdomKeyJTI’ll definitely be checking out other peoples runs after completing the game. Probably going to finish the game first and do these runs in dynamic/hard, rather than when first coming across each boss on the first playthrough. My remake captures were hard mode, I don’t want to change that
The timing is the same, but getting used to just pressing LB a bit earlier than anyone else and then attacking for the regular timing is where it is tricky. I wouldn’t say I mastered it though. I just kind of used it on the first attack (which is always the same) and that was it. One from cloud in punisher too. Got used to the timing already in intermission.
You must dodge and then attack. You can use up to 4 beam attacks before you go into a normal combo. The final beam attack launches smaller targets into the air. Holding square while doing beam attacks causes you to close the gap and go aerial. Every time you dodge in the air, you can do one beam attack before the normal aerial combo. This one also launches small enemies. You can repeatedly dodge then attack once mid-air to launch enemies higher and higher.
Bruh, you mastered Sephiroth's combat... I didn't even know there's an Octaslash follow up ability

Best no damage run ever seen
Thanks! More to come on release. Had tons of practice with these runs in remake and intermission:)
So clean glad to see you back
Thanks! Just a few weeks till release, and I’ll be sure to do more of these:)
@@2052brad I'll be doing the same if you're interested. I'll be looking forward to your content for sure

Hot DAMN, awesome stuff man
2:30 Octaslash Prime!? HUH?
Yep, his aura charge is awesome.
Octaslash prime gives him a final slash that causes a bunch of delayed hits that go off after a second
How tough was it to master Perfect Block?
I was vaguely practicing with Sephiroth but it felt a lot tougher than Cloud's.

Ah, that makes sense. I just started the DLC so, I guess it'll come with time & experience eventually.
how did you launch several of those ranged discs with cloud? i could only get 1 off after i dodge and sometimes he wouldn't even do it at all.

Can you do this in 4k and have cloud k.oed so only using Sephiroth. Your skill with him is crazy
