John Denver was the greatest singer songwriter ever. His voice is phenomenal and his lyrics pure genius. He has been a major factor in my life, and still is. Such a sad loss. God bless you John.
I ALWAYS wonder why the great ones are taken too soon. Always will. His music fills my soul today as it did years ago. It makes me long for the mountains that I love as he did. I weep each time I hear Perhaps Love, my fav song of his. The words are pure and beautiful. I miss him and no one will ever replace him. There isn't a day goes by I don't listen to him. It fills my soul and gives me peace.
