This week's guest, the one and only Steve Parrish, also known as "Stavros", former professional motorcycle and truck racer, who is now a motorsport television commentator, top tier prankster and all round entertainer!
Parrish turned professional at the age of 22 in 1976, winning the ACU Solo title in the British Motor Cycle Championship. He was a team mate to the legend Barry Sheene on a Suzuki RG 500 in the 1977 500 cc world championship.
In this week's episode, Parish opens up about how motorbikes saved his life, reflects on setting up his first ever race team, reveals his first ever interaction with Barry Sheene along with impersonating Sheene in qualifying, discusses the changes in the TT over the years, tells all on his truck racing success, the highs and lows of being a team manager, tells the story of the time he became Dr Parrish for one flight only along with some of his most famous pranks and much, much more.
