Hi Dave, I’m a heart attack survivor also. Our stories are similar but my heart attack happened when I was 58. I had 2 stents put in. I also mountain bike but had a question for you about biking at altitude. Do you have any problems biking at high altitude? Thanks , Scott
Hi Scott. I can't say I have any more of a problem with altitude than before the heart attack. I am more cautious at altitude though and pay more attention to what my body "says." I have noticed it takes a little longer to acclimate to the altitude. I've found eating more frequently and more fluid intake to help a lot. Sorry I haven't posted any more videos yet. Scripts are written but I haven't had the time and energy to record and edit yet. Dealing with a few non-heart related issues. Hoping to get a video of my initial training plan up soon. Hope I was able to help. If you have any more questions you can comment here or hit me up on Instagram (@bigalilaus). Respectfully, Dave
very inspiring
Thank you. I'm still riding and enjoying every day!
