Mountain Biking after a Heart Attack. My channel introduction.

This is a short(ish) video introducing myself, the channel, and giving the background on why I am starting this channel.
First of all, I am sorry about my bumbling. Speaking into a camera is hard!!! I promise I will get better with time an practice!
In future videos I plan to tell my story on how I have used mountain biking to imrove my condition. I will also show videos of my riding, and what I am riding. There could also be a review or two popping up about some of the products I use. There is a bike build-up in the works too that some my find very interesting. I am repairing a damaged carbon frame, custom painting it, then getting it ready for bikepark trips in 2023!
