I cook okra with tomatoes, onions and curry powder. The okra is stir fried with the onions and curry powder, and then I add some chopped tomatoes to mellow it out. The acid in the tomato cuts down on the sliminess.
the Japanese really do enjoy their potato salad, egg salad and tuna. I find it very interesting. Most restaurants or pubs would put potato salad on the side of a big burger with another salad. they do it a little bit differently
Oooh this looked really good especially the smaller dishes like the super hot meat with garlic. That coffee jello dessert at the end looks like the perfect ending to a plethora of delicious dishes. GET SOME!

Wasabi fried chicken sounds like a Japanese take on the spicy Nashville fried chicken. Really sounds delicious to me!
