MTBNJ Jam At Allamuchy State Park

Today's video is all about the MTBNJ Jam that took place at Allamuchy Mountain State Park on June 18th. The day started out with an Advanced Group ride through Allamuchy, then we did a short Enduro stage as a friendly competition, had some burgers, and ended the day with another group ride in Stephens State Park. For this video I kept it to the morning activities as they were the most action packed mountain biking trails of the day. Allamuchy features some great technical rock sections and the event was an awesome place to make new friends and have fun in the woods!

Great video. You did kind of butcher the name on the second attempt. 😂 this place is local to me and like Stephens it has so many trails. Such a good workout and ride. Great edit.

😂I quickly found out I was wrong on the second attempt once we got riding lol. Thanks for the kind words! We also rode at Stephens in the afternoon but I bonked hard so I left it out of this video. What do you think of Stokes forest?

@@VentureMTB It's on the list. Nassau trail not too far from Stephens in High Bridge is my local go to. Great single track with tons of trails. They even have some great flow trails as well in town.

You should ride the abandoned Animal park in New Jersey called Jungle Habitat. it is famous spot.

I’ve heard about it, I remember watching a Seths Bike Hacks video of him there years ago. I’d love to check it out one day! Do you ride there often?

I think it started on Ice Cream, but then it kinda goes on a bunch of other trails. I’m not that familiar with the place. “Ice cream to 4 bump alt” is a segment on Strava that seems like the closest thing
