LOL The great part is its easier to do repeated 3-5 round bursts than hold it in full repeat. Coupled with a 30rnd banana mag and that little thing, even though its not very hard hitting would certainly give an adversary pause long enough for the partner to get the bigger toys out of the safe. Its because the return wasnt cast on properly to the receiving side of the barrel. This happens from time to time when you use oil based metals instead of rock based metals to stamp the steal. My Glock 23 started occasionally "two shot bursting". Sent it in for repair....worked fine for 2k rounds and then started doing it again.... Sent it back and I think Glock melted it down...

I’ve been at a outdoor range and bump fired a magazine of .223 from the hip. Definitely had a state boy at the empty range in about .02 sec’s apparently he heard it and thought a gun right was going on. I think it brought back some ptsd for him or something he did not think he was cool like we did.

I am a police officer in Brazil, several police units received lots of taurus pistol with malfunctioning problems, some do not fire, others fire alone, and some fire bursts. it is customary to do a complete overhaul of the armament because of the poor quality. in the case of pt24 / 7 I recommend that you check the firing pin safety (item 1.16 of the manual) is what usually gives problems, it cracks or breaks, generating most of the problems. the easiest way to solve it is to throw it away and buy a Glock

I’ve been at a outdoor range and bump fired a magazine of .223 from the hip. Definitely had a state boy at the empty range in about .02 sec’s apparently he heard it and thought a gun right was going on. I think it brought back some ptsd for him or something he did not think he was cool like we did.

I am a police officer in Brazil, several police units received lots of taurus pistol with malfunctioning problems, some do not fire, others fire alone, and some fire bursts. it is customary to do a complete overhaul of the armament because of the poor quality. in the case of pt24 / 7 I recommend that you check the firing pin safety (item 1.16 of the manual) is what usually gives problems, it cracks or breaks, generating most of the problems. the easiest way to solve it is to throw it away and buy a Glock
