Walking along Stockholmsvägen, from the local train station Stocksund, to Djursholm. Behind lush hedges and huge oak trees we get a glimpse of the beautiful houses in this very exclusive area. And no, not everyone here is super rich, but the area is very pricey with the most exclusive properties a bit hidden. Djursholm and Stocksund was built as a “garden town “ like Enskede and many more. In the beginning of 1900’s many famous artists and writers moved here and the air of wanting to be a cultural place rather than a flashy place somewhat lingers.
