No it's in the spirit- you renew your mind by reading the bible and being careful what you watch and who you surround yourself with- you might struglle against your flesh until you retrain your mind or body of whatever it is you are working on athm, but every step is a simple step of moving forward in what the spirit of God is asking you and giving you the strenght to do atm. but it begins with asking Jesus to become lord and saviour or your life and in doing so , you receive a new heart and access to the love and grace of a saviour and the right to come boldy into the pressence of God and talk with Him and renew your strenght in HIm- .
