- Hello everyone!
Since we started our TH-cam channel, we wanted to make a Zippo style lighter all by hand. We knew that the process would not be easy and we understood the complexity of such a project but we were happy to try something new.
After 2 days of working on this project, understanding the mechanism of Zippo lighters, we created this unique lighter out of Sterling Silver 925. The case of the lighter has a beautiful hammered finish that makes it stand out and the mechanism inside has its own uniqueness with a Pegasus design.

I saw this video from your Reddit post! What wheel are you using to add the texture to the lighter? Is it a diamond wheel or just a standard rubber coarse polishing one?

Indeed, it is made out of Sterling Silver 925 (inside and out). Even though sterling silver 925 is a soft material, we used techniques to ensure its durability for a lifetime last.
